Beautiful Cottage located on Gull River Water System with boat access to chain of 3 Lakes (Moore Lake, East Moore Lake, and Black Lake) and access over the rollers to Gull Lake. Great Fishing and Boating! ATV Trails, walking, hiking and cycling trails at your front door! **Featuring High speed wireless internet** Great family cottage, waterfront: shallow, gradually sloped sandy beach - great for kids, 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 people, 4 adults max), kitchen/ dining combo, living room, multiple decks, dock, canoe, fire-pit. Modern 4pc washroom.
Conveniently located 2 hours from Toronto, in Norland, Ontario. Monk's Landing Golf Club is 10 minutes from the cottage.
2 private entrances as well as your own decks, and waterfront.
Cottage is fully equipped with: air conditioning, pots, pans, dishes, serving trays/bowls, cutlery, full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 32" LED tv, dvd player & movies, high speed internet, and full size bbq/cooking utensils.

Cottage is within walking distance to Norland which offers Grocery/Deli, Coffee shop, Variety stores, Post Office, Antique shop, Marinas, LCBO Convenience Outlet, and more.
Cottage is 10 minutes from Coboconk, which offers everything from LCBO, Beer Store, 24 hour Foodland, Buck & Up Liquidation, Home Hardware, fast food & fine dining restaurants, Pharmacy, laundromat, public library, ice cream parlours, specialty shops, go-kart track, and more.
The owners live on site in their own cottage allowing everyone their own privacy to enjoy their holiday. Renters also have use of beach, private decks, and dock. There are exterior security cameras for added security.
For your safety, please bring your own life jackets. We do not provide them. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Guests allowed: Yes. No overnight guests without prior permission.

| We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage on a beautiful river. There was plenty of space both inside and out. We kayaked, paddleboarded, swam and sat around the fire as we decompressed from our busy lives and actually relaxed. The cottage was exactly as advertised, very clean, well care for and our hosts welcomed us with some lovely surprises upon our arrival. This was our first time renting a cottage online and it could not have been a better experience. The river was a perfect, peaceful oasis for our family!

| This cottage was like our own paradise for the week. The river was quiet and peaceful during the week and our small children loved to watch the boats go by. The sandy beach area was perfect for the kids to build sandcastles and splash at the shore line. The large grass space was great for soccer and tball games for the kids. We loved all the trees around which provided great shade on those hot days and kept the cottage nice and cool. The cottage itself was so clean and we greatly appreciated the welcome snacks, wine and personalized card from the owners. This cottage is a gem and hope to be able to return again!

| From the very start this cottage stay was nothing short of magnificent. All of my correspondence with Bernadine was quickly responded to with detailed responses. Upon arrival there was a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks for the kids, and everything was stocked and clean. The cottage fit the four of us perfectly. We used the canoe several times and went out fishing in the river. We visited surrounding towns and provincial parks. We had a great time fishing off the dock and playing in the sandy shore. Thank you again to Bernadine and Darren for the wonderful experience. We hope to return again next year! Our kiddos didn't want to leave!

| This cottage was the perfect cottage getaway for our family of four. The cottage was clean upon arrival, and the information provided about the cottage protocols, rules and recommendations for the surrounding areas was most useful and helpful. Our 11 and 13 year old children enjoyed use of the beach/dock area for some swimming and fishing. Additionally, the use of the canoe and kayaks was definitely a perk, as our family enjoys these activities. Thank you Bernadine and Darren for allowing my parents to join our family at the cottage for a couple of days, as well as for the prompt correspondence regarding our stay.

| We had a wonderful time at Gullview Cottage this past week. Checking in was easy and straightforward-Bernadine was there to greet us and show us the space. The cottage was clean and ?move in,? ready. We also truly appreciated the welcome snacks/wine and information binder. The outdoor space was the highlight! Our son LOVED the beach and playing in the river. It was shallow enough for him to play safely, but also deep enough for the adults to cool off. We also really enjoyed the fire pit and covered portion of the deck. We were also lucky to have lovely weather for our stay.
Thank you so much for your hospitality Bernadine & Darren! We enjoyed our time together as a family and would love to return.
