Welcome to "Lakeview Green Cottage", located on beautiful Woodstock Ave., in Long Point, Ontario! Our delightful and charming Green Cottage has beautiful lake views and is right across from a public pedestrian beach access, just steps from the beach. Lakeview Green Cottage is a welcoming fully winterized 3 bedroom property. We can comfortably sleep 6 people in our three beautiful bedrooms. All of our bedrooms have a queen sized bed. The kitchen has lovely custom cabinets and everything you need in the fully stocked galley kitchen. The TV/ family room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating with a cozy couch and leather armchair for watching Shaw satellite TV or a movie from the cottage's wide-ranging DVD collection. The cottage features a clean and large 4 piece bathroom. Air conditioning is provided at no extra cost. It has a forced air furnace to keep you warm and cozy when the weather gets a bit chilly.
The cottage has "High Speed" internet. Perfect for all your computer needs and even working from the cottage!
Enjoy the outdoors on the front deck and screened gazebo. There is a Weber BBQ and fire pit in the front of the cottage for Barbequing , family camp fires and roasting marshmallows. Must observe burning regulations and fire bans.
Tandem, Adult and Children's Kayak rentals available at the cottage. Enjoy kayaking on the lakeside or bay of Lake Erie.
The Lakeview Green Cottage is a 1 minute walk to fast food take out/ice cream/variety store as well as a fishing/tackle and beach shop. Port Rowan is located just 5 km away where you can find a grocery store, library, LCBO, Beer Store, post office, various restaurants, clothing boutiques, drug store and numerous gift/antique shops. Everything you could possibly need!
Activities and tourism in the area include: amazing sandy beaches, Provincial parks, marinas, a bird observatory and bird watching trails, golf courses, wineries, zip-lining, cycling and mountain biking trails, and a UNESCO biosphere for nature watching.

| Super clean and comfortable cottage with only steps away from the beach and to the channels. Great for going to the beach and easy to walk kayaks to either beach or channels. Owners were very accommodating. We had a great time and hope to come again!

| Very cute cottage, updated and very clean, well laid out with 3 bedrooms, full bathroom with a well stocked kitchen. Our week was hot, the air conditioning made for comfortable sleeping, the outdoor dining area was an added benefit along with outdoor shower and large decking to enjoy the sunsets. Although the pictures show a slight vault, they do not do it justice, the cottage felt larger and was quite bright and airy. The owners Mike and Jo-Anne were extremely helpful, Jo-Anne available at all times. We have decided to rent next year, friendly neighbourhood of cottagers and just a few minutes to the recovering beach.

| What can we say. We loved our stay at this wonderful cottage. The location is perfectly situated within short walking distance to the beach and local shops. The owners were amazing and you can see the care they've put into the cottage. Clean and cozy with amenities to keep you busy indoors if you choose. Our family thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend booking this cottage.
