| Our entire family loved the lake house. The cottage has everything that you could possibly need and is decorated beautifully. The exterior and interior of the cottage are planned out so well offering many different options to gather and socialize from the island in the kitchen to the dining table, to the sitting area in the sun room, to the exterior dining table, to the fire table and the fire pit. The sunsets are absolutely breath taking from the deck overlooking Lake Huron and are a must see. The walk to the water from the deck is whimsical as you meander down the stairs through the woods that lead to the shore. On the journey down there is a second deck which also offers a beautiful view and is somewhat secluded and is a great spot for catching some sun or just getting lost in the sounds of the water. It was such a beautiful place to enjoy our family time together. We were even lucky enough to celebrate an engagement that took place at the waters edge at the base of the stairs as the waves gently rolled in and the sun began to set. It will always be a memorable place for our family and we can't wait to book again next year. PJ's Lakehouse cottage offers everything and more. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and are very responsive to any inquiries. This cottage was a true find and felt like home. We were all sad to see our stay come to an end.

| We had such an amazing time at PJ's Lake House! The property suited every one of our needs during our extended weekend.
The view of the lake is unbeatable. The Bunkie was much appreciated by our older daughter, who wanted more privacy. The bunk beds were a dream come true for our nine and six year olds, other than the odd skirmish around who got to sleep on the top bunk tonight lol...
There were so many options for dining! Eat at the table on the deck and enjoy the sunset, or have a hearty meal at the family table indoors, or perhaps a small snack at the smaller table in the sun room.
The walk to the beach was so neat. Adventurous to say the least, it is a short stroll through the forest to get to the water. It's only 3 minutes going down so don't be concerned about how far the beach is.
We enjoyed the sea kayaks, the Muskoka chairs, the washer game, and picking lots of rocks down at the beach. The water is cool and refreshing on hot days and you can't beat a lake in Ontario that is clean enough to see your toes through!
Up at the Lake House we enjoyed our evenings barbecuing and sitting around the fire. We had s'mores every night, told spooky stories and even set up our projector with a bed sheet outside to play some family games on our PS4.
We are already discussing a return visit as the Lake House was so well equipped and decorated that it felt like home just as it was time to pack up.
Thank you so much for so many wonderful family memories!

| Myself and my family have been renting cottages in the summer since 2009. PJ's Lake House is now our absolute favourite! Not only is this cottage stunningly beautiful inside, the cottage really does have a million dollar view. Unlike other cottage owners, these owners follow up in between rentals to ensure things are clean and orderly. I would rent this cottage again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it for an amazing summer holiday.

| My family including 2 grandchildren spent 2 wonderful weeks in July at Charlene's lakeside cottage. Upon arrival, the cottage was immaculately clean as was the yards and both upper and lower decks. All necessary supplies were there e.g. cleaning agents, spices, paper towels, TP etc which we replaced upon our departure. All rooms had quiet and efficient fans (either ceiling or standup) and the main living area had an air conditioner that was actually not required because of the fans even though it was very hot and humid. Charlene was easily reachable by message or telephone. The cottage has been recently renovated and had a new fully windowed 'sun room' furnished with a large round table/chairs and sofa with access to the back deck BBQ (lots of propane and very clean) and large back deck with outside furniture including a dining table and chairs where we spent much time. The entire property is very well maintained including the 100+ steps down to the private beach area. While cell phone reception is unreliable on the property, connectivity was fine about 100 metres away. However, the cottage internet easily accommodated using FaceTime audio etc. My family would not hesitate to stay here again next year and highly recommend it.
