| We just completed our second stay at Blue Charm Cottage and our family had a wonderful getaway. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need. We used the BBQ and had nightly marshmallow roasts at the fire pit. Our young grandchildren loved splashing in the warm shallow water and playing in the sandy beach area. Everyone was impressed with the fishing opportunities; even our five year old granddaughter caught two fish from the dock. The spacious cottage allowed everyone to have their own bedroom. The lake area is quiet and the surrounding cottage owners take pride in maintaining their properties. We are looking forward to returning to this cottage next summer.

| My husband and I along with a few family members and friends stayed at this beautiful cottage. The view was amazing, the house was clean with good heat and plumbing, and the fire pit was great to use. There were many amenities such as cutlery, dishes, cups and mugs. There were also pots and pans which were useful, although I think a few of them could be replaced as they were looking worn.
There were a few minor draw backs however?.
Upon arrival, the BBQ was unusable as it looked rusted and decayed. We did contact the owners though and a new one was replaced the following day.
There was also the issue of the geese. The geese love the area and as a result like to come up onto the property when no one is around. While cute to see, they leave behind a ton of feces making any barefoot activities impossible. Definitely need foot wear when outside in the back area.
We couldn't get the Apple TV to sign in on any of our netflix accounts, and couldn't find away to download additional streaming apps like Disney+.
The Hottub jets stopped working after the second time of use.
There was a dog which periodically visited the property which urinated and left feces on the property. We did contact the owners about this and we didn't see it after the 3rd day.
These draw backs didn't detract from our visit, relaxation or enjoyment and we would recommend this cottage.

| This absolutely a nice place to spend your holidays. We stayed at the Blue Charm for the week of Canada Day and we had a great time. This cottage was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was clean on arrival with a full function kitchen and BBQ machine as well as all amenities of home. Everything we needed was there and even more!
The cottage had water at the back with beautiful water view. We had enjoyed canoes, kayaks and pedal boat, which were provided by the owner. The fire pit next to lake edge was fun for the kids. This cottage was close to Independent, Walmart, Provincial Park and Santa's village, so we could easily pop into town to play, shop or pick up groceries. We definitely had a good time. We will be renting again in future.

| We stayed at the Blue Charm for a 3 day weekend with a group of friends, and had a wonderful time!! The cottage is located in a very nice and quiet area, with a beautiful view of the water! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably inside the cottage.
For the price that you are paying, it is worth your money.
This cottage is a great find, and I would consider returning for another weekend getaway and would recommend to a friend!

| We had a fabulous stay at the Blue Charm during an early May weekend. The view from the balcony and lake while on the pedal boat was magnificent and breathtaking! We would go back just for the view itself. In addition to this, the owners were extremely pleasant and accessible at all times. Guests have access to entertainment, internet, a barbecue machine, a canoe and a pedal boat. The house was clean, well-kept with spacious rooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. This cottage is suitable for all ages and is an excellent escape when you need a break.
