Fully equipped, 2 bedroom. Main floor-kitchen/ living room/bathroom and 1 bedroom on main floor(queen size bed), Upstairs -1 bedroom (double size bed) and sitting area with two chairs. Air Conditioning, washer and dryer, pet friendly, fire pit, propane barbeque, high-speed WiFi, Roku TV -Satellite(downstairs) and second Roku TV- Satellite (upstairs).
The cottage has a coffee maker, all linens and bedding, dishes and cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge with freezer, oven/stovetop. There's also a pack and play, toys, puzzles, and indoor/outdoor games.
Located 15 minutes from Summerside, 45 minutes from Cavendish. 15 minutes from the Acadian area-Evangeline Region, 60 minutes to Charlottetown.
This cottage property consists of two waterview lots and one waterfront lot. The cottage is located on a double lot with some mature trees. Walk across the yard to an adjacent waterfront lot which gives you access to the shore and beautiful sunsets. Belmont Provincial Park is a 3 minute walk from cottage.
Items provided - dish detergent, cleaning supplies, sugar packets, salt/pepper, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, garbage/ recycling bins- inside and outside.

There are deck chairs and a picnic table.
The cottage is a three minute walk to Belmont Provincial Park. The park has a play area, picnic area, swimming and washrooms.
Peak Season-Weekly Rentals only-Saturday to Saturday: $1350 for 2 guests.
Additional guests- $100. per week per guest.
