We offer optional services in addition to the rental fees listed above: Cleaning: $125.00 Only needs to be left broom swept and dishwasher empty. Hot Tub: $100 for duration of stay Unless you've purchased cleaning service, the cottage must be left clean and ready for the next renter using the provided cleaning supplies. 50% of the rental fee is collected at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival. The security deposit is typically returned the day after departure, at the latest one week after departure. | This is our second time at Grey Eagle. We drove from Montreal and find it very much worth the trip! We love this beautiful, comfortable and clean space. It is one of the best cottages we've stayed at.The view onto the lake is magnificent during all seasons. We truly enjoyed watching the waves crashing onto shore and seeing the golden color of the tamaracks during fall. Hiking in the area is great with all trails well maintained & landscape spectacular everywhere. This stay has been and will continue to be an inspiration for the creation of artwork for years to come. Our heartfelt gratitude toward Quinn and Erin for making this memorable experience possible.

| This cottage was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean upon arrival, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the den just off the living room was a great place for the kids at night to watch TV, the living room had very comfy couches with an amazing view and more than enough seating for 6 of us, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was clean and gave us a great view of the water...this cottage gave us just what we needed. The beach was a great place for exploring and the kids had fun skipping rocks each day (if you are there during warmer months and plan to swim, the water is beautiful, just bring water shoes). Only 10 minutes into Tobermory, 15 minutes to The Grotto (this was a stunning hike), 35 minutes to Lion's Head. I honestly have only positive things to say about this cottage. The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. We have been renting cottages for many years and this cottage was one of the best!
