This 4 season, 4 bedroom two story lake house boasts beautiful sunset views, fabulous swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. This property is positioned on just over an acre of land with approximately 200ft of water frontage. The inside of the cottage is well-appointed with all of the modern conveniences of home. The open concept kitchen and gorgeous harvest table will allow for the serving and sharing of beautiful meals. The great room with satellite TV, cathedral ceilings and gorgeous fireplace overlook the lake. The master bedroom including a king bed, 4 piece ensuite and TV is located on the main floor. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds, 1 with 2 single beds), a small children's play area and a bathroom with tub/shower. Outside features a lovely, private large deck with chairs for lounging and a firepit for your evening enjoyment. The dock is located just below with additional seating and a lily pad for your lake lounging and swimming experience. This cottage sleeps 8 comfortably and is suitable for non-smoking guests with no pets. Included are 2 children's kayaks, an adult kayak and 1 paddleboard. Docking is available should you wish to bring your own boat. Lakeview Marina is a nearby marina offering a variety of rental possibilities. Wifi included.
