Our lovely 4 acre, Canada Select property is located at 374 St. Andrews Point Road in Lower Montague, Prince Edward Island - Points East Coastal Drive. We have three beautifully appointed cottages with stunning water views and all the comforts of home, 45 meters from the beach. Lush gardens, shrubbery and trees for you to enjoy as well as wide open spaces to play. Swing set, canoe, kayak, lifejackets and paddles, bikes and beach toys are just a few of the amenities provided. A separate building at the back of the property holds the Games Room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, board games and toys for toddlers. SANDDUNE COTTAGE The cottage is light and bright with serene beach colors and immaculately kept. It has two bedrooms with queen beds and high quality linens and duvets and pillows, one bathroom with bath/ shower combination, an open kitchen, dining and living room, screened/glassed sunporch, front deck.
All linens, towels, beach towels, dishcloths, tea towels, oven mitts supplied, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, bowls, serving dishes and utensils.
Satellite TV, propane barbeque.
Fire pit in front of the cottage. Electric heat.

SandDune has an additional room at the back of the cottage with washer and dryer with a 48" cot.

The cottage is bright and vibrant with nautical colors and accents and immaculately kept.
It has two bedrooms with queen beds and high quality linens and duvets and pillows, one bathroom with bath/shower combination (white subway tile), an open kitchen, dining and living room, locally sourced hardwood floors, screened/glassed sunporch, front deck.

| I stayed in cottage 4 for 2 months this summer (July-August 2022) and I couldn't have asked for a better host, location, or cabin. Jodi was absolutely lovely, was very responsive in communications, and provided everything we needed. The cabin was clean, well equipped, and had lots of places to sleep (it could sleep 6, but comfortably slept 3-4). The property is directly across from a beach and down the street from a few larger beaches. Other amenities include laundry on site, wifi, a personal BBQ, a fire pit, a games room, bikes, a canoe etc. The cottage is along a quiet road and is only a 15 minute drive to Montague or a 25 minute drive to Georgetown. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back myself!

| We rented the Sand Dune cottage for the two first week of september 2019. The cottage was very clean and very well equiped. We had a great first week, unfortunetly hurricane Dorian interrupted our second week. We had the pleasure to meet Jodi and Mike and they were very nice people.The cottage is well located to go everywhere on the East coast, Charlottetown and Cavendish.We will certainly go back in the next future.

| Stayed June 2019, was completely pleased with the cottage. Jodi's eye for detail was evident immediately. SandDollar was immaculate, cozy and intimate. Everything in it's place. Lovely views, easy stroll to the day park at the end of the street. My wife and daughters were thrilled with everything. Groceries in town 10 minute drive, Panmure 15 minute drive the other way. Everything very well located for a relaxing vacation. My only complaint is that the week went by to fast! My family will most definitely return.

| What a lovely cottage! Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and more, super comfortable beds, and amazing sunrise view through the living room window. Loved the beach walks at low tide! Jodi answered every question we had before and during our trip. Would definitely recommend Shores of St. Andrew's Cottages and hope to return soon!
