With 200 feet of waterfront, over 10 feet of weed-free water, and a floating dock, there's plenty of room to enjoy the river. Take the canoe or kayaks out for a paddle, swim on a warm afternoon, or settle into the 40-foot covered balcony overlooking the water. The surrounding landscape of granite rock and towering pines makes this a uniquely Muskoka setting.
Originally built by students of the Pat Wolf Log Building School, this distinctive chinkless log home combines traditional craftsmanship with a relaxed, comfortable interior.

When the temperature drops, gather around the granite-faced, wood-burning fireplace, curl up with a book in the hammock, or head up the drop-down ladder to the cozy loft for a little quiet time.
The open-concept living and dining area is designed for spending time together. Cook in the fully equipped modern kitchen, put a record on the turntable, enjoy the surround sound system, or settle in for a movie on Netflix. Google Home and unlimited high-speed internet are available, along with reliable cell service.
The custom split-log staircase leads to four uniquely styled bedrooms, each with its own lock for added privacy.

In warmer months, spend your days swimming, paddling, and relaxing by the river. As autumn arrives, enjoy the changing colours and crisp woodland air. In winter, return from nearby snowmobile trails, ski hills, or provincial parks to a warm fire and a slower pace.
