| I have just spent 6 nights at this wonderful cottage. The cottage contained everything that I required. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome because it was extremely hot when I was there. It was great to be able to step out from the cottage and go directly into the lake. The lake is a bit rocky getting in so water shoes are necessary. I loved that I could see the sunset over the canal (never up early enough to watch the sunrise over the lake) and a few night I was lucky enough to watch the moon rise over the lake. In the canal I saw turtles sunning on a log, and several days a great blue heron joined them. The cottage is in a great location to visit Point Pelee National Park, Hellman Marsh, Leamington, Kingsville. The owner, Adina,, was always quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely rent this cottage again.

| Our stay at Cojax Beach House exceeded all expectations! The location, fronting onto Lake Erie with a gorgeous canal at the back of the property, was amazing! Water everywhere! The cottage was well stocked with kitchen dishes and tools, towels and bedding, paddleboards and a canoe. We felt at home instantly! We were blessed with warm sunny weather that kept us outside, but if we had to stay inside, the cottage has large windows and a gorgeous view of the lake at all times. Adina is an incredible owner who cared about every facet of our stay and was easily reachable for any questions. So friendly and helpful at all times. Thanks, Adina, and we can't wait for our next visit!

| Cojax Beach House is an excellent place for a relaxing vacation with the lake right at your feet. Cozy house and a great host, Adina. We enjoyed beautiful birds and butterflies. We witnessed spectacular sunsets and sunrises; you can have it all here. We made unforgettable memories and are looking forward to our next visit. We just got back, but I already miss it!

| Loved our stay here!! Waking up to beach views and the sound of the lake was fantastic and having use of the kayaks and paddle board was so perfect for our little group of gals! Everything about this stay was perfect. Very clean, modern, comfortable and stocked, even with enough life jackets for all of us! The canal was a beautiful bonus as well. Adina is just an awesome human who made sure we were happy. We hope to stay a full week next year!!

| This cottage was a perfect setting for our group of five adults' six-day vacation, with plenty of room for us to spread out. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and able to swim, kayak or canoe any time it suited us. The deck allowed us to sit and watch the sunrise on the lake, whoever was in the water, and the local birds. The appliances all work very well and the BBQ was used nearly every day. We even had two campfires at the fire pit, which we hadn't done in many years. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a worry-free lakefront get away.
