Welcome to Home of the Living Sunset — a private waterfront escape on beautiful Lake Huron, where incredible sunsets, crystal-clear water and peaceful surroundings create the perfect Northern Ontario getaway.
Spend your mornings enjoying coffee overlooking the lake, your afternoons swimming and kayaking, and your evenings watching the sky light up over Lake Huron before relaxing by the fire or unwinding in the sauna.
THE WATERFRONT EXPERIENCE
The highlight of the property is its spectacular Lake Huron setting.
Step outside onto the spacious 600 sq. ft. deck and take in beautiful views of the water. With plenty of room to relax, dine and gather outdoors, it's an ideal place for morning coffee, family meals and sunset drinks.
Head down to the private waterfront to swim, launch one of the 5 included kayaks, explore the shoreline or simply sit by the water and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The shoreline is naturally rocky, typical of this beautiful part of Lake Huron, so water shoes are recommended.
THE COTTAGE
The cottage comfortably accommodates families and groups with:
• 4 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Spacious living and gathering areas
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Large waterfront deck
• Private sauna
• High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi
• Outdoor fire pit
• 5 kayaks included
Large windows and comfortable living spaces make it easy to enjoy the natural surroundings whether you're relaxing indoors or spending the day outside.
RELAX & UNWIND
After a day exploring Lake Huron or the Bruce Peninsula, come back and enjoy your own private retreat.
Warm up in the sauna, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or settle onto the deck as the sun disappears over Lake Huron.
The sunsets here are truly something special — and one of the reasons we call this Home of the Living Sunset.
YOUR STAY CAN BE AS ACTIVE OR RELAXING AS YOU WANT
Swim in the clear waters of Lake Huron, paddle along the shoreline in the kayaks, explore nearby trails and attractions, or simply spend the day relaxing by the water.
With the cottage's peaceful waterfront setting and easy access to the Bruce Peninsula, you get the best of both worlds: privacy and nature while still being close enough for memorable day trips.
EXPLORE THE BRUCE PENINSULA
Use the cottage as your home base for exploring one of Ontario's most beautiful regions.
Take a day trip toward Tobermory, explore the Bruce Peninsula's incredible scenery and hiking trails, visit nearby beaches and small communities, then return to the quiet of your own private waterfront retreat.
