Relaxing, Stunning Waterfront, 2 Bedroom Cottage - Madawaska River near Calabogie
Beautiful, comfortable 2 bedroom cottage on the Madawaska River in Springtown (5 minutes from Calabogie). Sleeps 2 to 4 people comfortably. Cottage has an upstairs bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a full bathroom and a private balcony. The main level features living room, kitchen, large entrance, half bathroom, laundry facilities, and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen and living room are open concept with a propane burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine.
Also included are: BBQ, patio furniture, tv & Wi-Fi. We have kayaks that are shared with owners.
The cottage has a three season sunroom, that is surrounded by a two level deck. The view from the cottage overlooking the river is a breathtaking oasis.
There is another very large deck with 4 red Adirondack chairs at the beach and water. There is a dock for a boat, with a nearby boat launch (approx. 10 minutes up river by road). You also have a lovely area to enjoy a campfire. First bundle of wood is free, additional bundles are $6 per bundle. Please do not bring wood from home.

*Note: Deposit is $500 (terms longer than 60 days, the deposit is $1000). Should there be no damages, and the cottage is left as clean as it was upon your arrival (except for sanitizing) your full deposit, less incidentals, is returned via e-transfer within 48 hours of your departure.
*Note: this is a family cottage, no parties or large events allowed. Minimum age is 30 years old.
