Our Luxurious Villa, waterfront located on the beautiful Island of Orléans, is 15 minutes from downtown Quebec City. You will be impressed by the spectacular view of the St-Lawrence River and the coziness in all our rooms. This house is large enough to accommodate 39 people in beds. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. Offering a fully equiped kitchen, the villa can also host up to 40 guests in our large ball room making it the perfect spot for business meetings, intimate wedding or family reunions. Also, the residence is equipped with a 16 peoples Jacuzzi open all year-round, a pool table, a bridal suite with therapeutic bath and multi-jet shower, a glass roof, a stone fireplace, an in-ground pool heated ($) and a kitchen with central island. *** Any 1 night on Friday or Saturday is 3500$ + taxes but from November 29th to December 21st 2500$ + taxes. *** Rates from February 3rd to March 17th 2024 maximum 39 people: * 500$ / night during the week
