Farlain Lake is definitely a hidden gem and Rebecca's cottage is the perfect place to enjoy it from. Three generations of our family got together for the week and the cottage accommodated us perfectly. Lots of sleeping room and fully equipped kitchen. We had a great time! Thanks Rebecca

This was our second year staying at this cottage and we will again! The accommodations are perfect for us! Everything is clean and a set of towels is supplied for every bed. The kitchen is stocked well with everything you will need. The waterfront is beautiful with a gradual entry. Lounge chairs await by the water making it a perfect relaxing spot to read and chill. There is a fire pit halfway to the water complete with chairs. There is also a level area near the bottom of the deck stairs to play some washer toss. For those possible rainy days you will find several areas to chill inside. A nice big kitchen table for eating together and a great outdoor bar table along the deck complete with high stools making the perfect breakfast spot to overlook the waterfront. The owners are quick to respond to questions. Love this location!

We really enjoyed Rebecca's cottage, we found everything we needed (and more) and were very comfortable. The cottage is very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It easily fits 10+ people with seating areas both on the main floor and downstairs. The view of the lake from the deck is amazing! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

This cottage provides such great accommodation for families 5 or more. I couldn't believe the amount of beds that were available for a cottage week away from the city for my family and friends.

The beautiful sandy beach looking over the water is great and entrance in to the water is easy to walk in to the water.

I highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for easy access to waterfront and accommodation for 5 or more people.

Marshmallow Shores was amazing! The cottage looks even better in real life than in the photos. It's very cute and cozy and a close jaunt to LCBO and grocery store. Rebecca was very helpful and quick with answering any questions. We went during the winter so I wasn't sure if there would be much to do but the frozen pond was lots of fun to explore and play football on during the day, we tobogganed in the back yard and star gazed at night. We had an amazing experience and will be back!
