| This is our sixth summer renting at GlenCannon Retreat. Our family has enjoyed many wonderful memories at both cottage #1 and #2, and these lovely properties have become an important part of our memories. Cottage #1 is large and bright, with plenty of seating, and multiple areas to gather or spread out if desired. Our favourite custom is to start the day on the large deck overlooking the lake with a coffee or tea in hand, and then head out for a morning kayak around the lake. Cottage #1 is great for teens with a games table in the basement, a large television with streaming services, and a sand volleyball court. Additionally, there are kayaks, SUPs, and pool floats (which we make good use of on the lake). Evenings are spent enjoying sunsets from the dock and sitting around the bonfire. Cloyne has a wonderful butcher, and Northbrook is a favourite place for us to stop and enjoy Thursday wings and ice cream as often as the kids wish to go. We are looking forward to returning next year, and highly recommend creating your own family memories at these wonderful cottages!

| Large and spacious cottage. We were 6 couples in our mid to late 20s and we stayed for a winter weekend.
It was a very cozy stay. We brought a bunch of games to play but the cottage offers tons of games if you forget your own.
During the day we played some games outdoors, had a fire and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub.
Lots of amenities like coffee maker, microwave, oven and tons of fridge and freezer space.
I can only imagine the stay in nice weather would be 10 times the fun.

| Absolutely excellent stay — this cottage is truly a dream for parents. We stayed as five families with four children all under the age of four, and the setup could not have been better. Although the cottage has three floors (including the basement), each level is separated by stairs with solid child-proof safety gates, which made a huge difference for us with little ones. The family-friendly touches were outstanding. The cottage was stocked with child-proof plastic plates, bowls, and cups — something we've never seen at a cottage before and really appreciated. The space itself is fantastic: five large bedrooms, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and still feel comfortable. There's a big dining table where our entire group could sit together, plus lots of couch space in both the main living area and the basement, which was perfect for both kids and adults. The owner, Dan, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. When we got snowed in on the first night, he even came out to clear the driveway himself, which was above and beyond. We're already looking forward to coming back in the summer. Highly recommend — five stars all around.

| We loved this cottage so much we decided to reserve the sister cottage for next year - before the weekend was over! We were 7 ladies. We go away every year. I think we have now found our go to cottage. The cottage is close to the water, bright, comfortable, well appointed. Modern touches, tasteful decor but it retains that cottage feel. There is a ton of seating inside and out and we never felt crowded. There is room for everyone and then some. Loved the sauna (although it tested my fire making skills ). We enjoyed the loons on the lake, the crisp walks along the quiet country roads. Can not complain! We will see you next year!

| Our stay was amazing. We had a group of 10 of us (5 couples) that have all been friends for more than 25 years on this getaway weekend. So much space for us all. Clean, organized even had tons of games if you forget your own. Well stocked! The owner is very communicative and answered any and all questions we had. We will definitely be booking again!
