Bear lake is a special and pristine area. Cottage on a beautiful flat lot perfect for families and couples looking for fun and relaxation. Less than 3 hours from Toronto and 30 minutes from Parry Sound. 137 feet of waterfront with 3 lovely areas to access the water to play and relax. The cottage and deck are only feet from the shallow water's edge so you can watch your children and family from the cottage and deck. Take day trips in the beautiful surrounding areas. Fish and play off the dock or simply relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset from a perfect west facing view. Enjoy the evening around the large fire pit surrounded by beautiful trees right next to the water. Or, relax inside near the propane fireplace inside. The cottage is well set up for everything you need. All bed linens, and a stocked kitchen. All appliances including a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Starter supply of spring water, paper products (toilet paper, paper towel), cleaning products dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is provided. There is an indoor propane fireplace and a propane BBQ. The tap water is purified and there is a hot/ cold water dispenser which holds a 5 gallon water jug. For games there is a canoe, kayaks, noodles and board games. Full cable package on the television (no streaming). Just bring your toiletries, towels, personal effects, food and beverages.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
Maximum occupancy: 8 total occupants with a MAXIMUM of 6 adults. Families preferred. No parties or events.
Guests allowed: No
Pets allowed: With permission. Renters must pick up after your pet.
Smoking: permitted outside only
Check in/out:
- Weekly stay: Check in Saturday 4 pm; check out following Saturday 11 am
- Weekend stay: Check in Thursday or Friday after 4 (negotiable based on schedule); check out Sunday or Monday 2 p.m.
- Security/damage deposit $600.00. Guests are required to leave the cottage, equipment, linen and property in a tidy condition, free from damage, to avoid any deductions from the security deposit. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
- Booking Deposit : 35% due at time of booking (The balance is due 60 days before arrival)
FEES:
- Pet cleaning : $100.00
MINIMUM STAY:
- one week throughout the summer months (Saturday to Saturday)
- three nights in the spring and fall
