This custom built home was constructed in 2017. Owners Erin and Quinn Ross welcome you to luxury on the lake. West facing water front views define this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2400 sq ft home.
The west facing Master Bedroom suite holds a king bed, en suite bath and walk in closet. This private retreat opens onto the deck and offers grand lake views from the comfort of bed. The en suite bathroom is equipped with glassed in rain shower and hand made 2 sink vanity. The upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds. The lake facing bedroom offers spectacular views of the lake and Hopkins Bay peninsula. The forest view room overlooks the wooded lot and rear of the deep private property. In addition to the queen bed it has a 5 ft trundle bed perfect for small children. The large upstairs bath offers another glassed in shower and soaker tub, in addition to the hand made vanity.
The Kitchen has new appliances and lots of counter space. An eat in island is perfect for casual dining or quick bites while the attached dining area is a great sit down location, fronted by vast lake side views. Just off of the kitchen is a 3 season room with panoramic views of the lake and woods. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors during cooler months, and protection from the bugs in the summer evenings. The window panels can be stacked to allow complete air flow.
The Great Room boasts soaring tongue and groove whitewashed ceilings of cedar grown and milled in the area. Ample comfortable furniture and a large fireplace make this space great for reading while looking out at the sparkling Lake Huron waters or cozy evenings in. There is a large games room upstairs which has a Netflix enabled TV and games area.
The deck is the show stopper. It runs the entire western side of the home and has a 7 person hot tub nestled into one end. A large grand staircase leads to the water front. Along the stair is a wide sitting area perfect for reading or taking in the stunning sunsets.

First week of July to the end of the last week of September only weekly rentals are available. | To start with, the lake house is beautiful and so very comfortable. Every need or expectation we could have was met and then so much more. We were lucky enough to have a full moon during our stay and we had the most breathtaking view of the lake from our bed in the master bedroom all throughout the night. Quinn and Erin were, at all times, readily available for any questions or needs we had before and during our stay and they had provided contact information for nearby assistance should we be in immediate need while at the lake house. We will not hesitate to book another stay at the Blue Baise in the future.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Blaise. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed to relax and recharge. The location right on the water is amazing. The hot tub is perfectly positioned so you can watch the waves during the day and take in the sky at night. Quinn promptly responded to our questions and made booking easy. We hope to go back and have already recommended it to friends in need of a private getaway.

| First, we were accommodated to a last minute weekend stay to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with our 3 children. It was intended as a quiet, relaxing getaway and it was just that. Walking in, first impression was amazing. The cottage is gorgeous and on point for everything you may need for your time away. Everything was well stocked and ready to make your stay just perfect. The view out back was phenomenal! Communication with the owners was excellent and always quick to reply with any inquiries we had. Thank you for making our time away a relaxing, memorable one. We would love to come back to visit during the summer!

| This cottage is absolutely beautiful. We greatly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to watch storms come in and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves crashing upon the rocky shoreline.We felt truly spoiled having an ensuite and walk in closet and a gorgeous stone fireplace to enjoy each day. This cottage boasts my dream kitchen and while the cottage overall is large and roomy it still felt warm and cozy. One of the best things of all was the owner, Quinn, with his great communication and help.

| If we could describe perfection in form of a home, Blue Baise would be it. It's a spectacular, cozy and beautiful home set in the most breathtaking views of Bruce Peninsula. Literally my dream house!
