In summer there are 2 aluminum docks, 2 huge decks facing lake, that accent the waterfront, aluminum steps into the lake allowing easy access to the water. Everything faces the mountain / west. Swim platform is an easy swim out. Electricity at lakefront for music / coolers etc. Plenty of sitting area and furniture, umbrellas, and a tiki bar with 4 bar chairs on the main deck and a comfy hammock and mosquito net on the private lakefront deck that is set apart from the main area. Once you get to the lake, you don't want to leave. There is room at the docks for your boat. Boat rentals are available - ask owner.
Calabogie is the outdoor enthusiast's dream with swimming, boating, fishing, golf, biking, hiking, world-class race track and more in summer. Enjoying the outdoor pleasures of winter including downhill and cross country skiing, skating/hockey on the nearby large, covered, outdoor rink, plentiful snowmobile trails, and much more. Also the fantastic, famous fall foliage is spectacular. All these attractions as well as pubs, restaurants, beer and liquor store etc. are less than 10 minutes from this one of a kind retreat. You can walk to the village to either the Redneck Bistro for good food and craft beer or to the Calabogie Brewing Company for local craft beer and a smokehouse. All beds boast pillow top / high end mattresses for your sleeping comfort. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a view of the lake as well as having windows on 2 sides for soothing evening breezes.
Fully equipped for a large group with all cooking utensils and pots and pans for double convection wall oven and 36" induction, 5 burner cooktop. All stainless steel appliances and plenty of overhead, task and mood lighting. Dining room boasts beautiful pine vaulted ceiling and has a huge dining table.

The kitchen and eating areas lead to the huge deck through 2 French doors that lead to the glass railed sitting/lounging and BBQ area. Enjoy some relaxing time in the sunken hot tub situated just outside the 12' x 14' winterized and cedar lined sun room adjacent to the kitchen.
Living / Great Room has 65" HD Satellite TV, high end surround sound and music system with speakers in living, dining, sun room and deck area. Listen to music, watch TV, enjoy a warm fire and take in the amazing lake view while relaxing in the soft large leather furniture. Bring your own music on memory stick or smart phone.
Family / Recreation / Games room on lower / walk-out level has a 65" SMART HD TV with Blue Ray, high end surround sound and music system.
