Available: AUG 9 to 24 Available 5 Bed room cottage. The 4 Bed room cottage Aug 6 to 15 - Aug 18 -22 and Aug 26 to Sept 22. September Four Bed room cottage available and Most of October and November THIS 4 Bed room 2 W/ R WATER FRONT ( One full one half Main full Wash on the main Floor and the Half on the second floor) cottage is available for your summer fun away from the noise and haste. Heating , Air conditioning and Wifi , Tv, for your comfortable stay. Swim, Canoe, Kayak, Boat, Fish from our 3 Docks & Yard. Water is wheedles crystal clear shallow approx. 1 Ft near the shore line and a 5 to 6 Feet at the end of the Docks. Swimming is pretty safe for all ages including Toddlers. We are about 150 Kms about 1 3/4 Hour drive from GTA /Hwy 401/400/404. 45 Minutes from New Market/Aurora/Orillia/Peterborough.

BED ROOMS(5) : Master bedroom Main floor- Queen bed. Upper Floor has 4 Beds rooms, 1 Queen, 2 Double AND 4 Singles. Living room with three Full size Couches. Eat in Kitchen with dining Table. Large Foyer on the main floor. Walk out from Foyer to the Deck .
This cottages original structure is over a century old and has been restored at different times. There are some minor slopes on the upper wood floors but it has all good characteristics of a real cottage.

ABOUT BALSAM LAKE/ COBOCONK;
If you've ever visited the scenic waterways of Coboconk you may have not immediately realized you're at a point of national significance. Coboconk is positioned at Canada's Fresh Water Summit ? the highest body of water in the country from which a seaworthy vessel can circumnavigate the world. It's a distinction shared only by the Coon Rapids Dam on the Mississippi River, and Kelheim, Bavaria, Germany.

| Our families had an enjoyable stay! The area is very quaint and picturesque and anything you might need is conveniently located within a short walk away! It is also only a short drive to Fenelon Falls for an afternoon excursion and there are many trails for biking and hiking close by.
The cottage is well equipped for an enjoyable vacation and Thomson is very responsive and helpful in providing anything you might need to ensure you have a good vacation.
Fishing off the dock is great for catching smaller fish and the canoes, row boats and paddle boat are fun. The current from the dam was a bit strong at the end of our trip as more water was allowed through the dam following a few previous storms, but overall the swimming was enjoyable and the water is crystal clear!

| My family and I had an amazing stay! The cottage was well maintained and very clean. It had great amenities such as full working kitchen, A.C and heater, and a few boats and canoe to enjoy the water! The location is perfect to enjoy a nice walk around town and local attractions. Tomson was a great host and very accommodating and made our stay more than we can ask for. Thank you!

| We had a great time at the cottage. It was very clean and it has everything you need.
Tomson was always there to answer any questions we may have.
The deck is huge with a big bbq. The lake is beautiful, and you can use the canoes, boat and pedal boat. Life jackets are also there for you to use. The cottage inside is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you will need.
Thank you so much Tomson! I hope we can stay in your cottage again very soon!
