Come and visit this unique cottage which lends itself to a multi-family situation. This beautiful cottage is located just a short walk to Lake Huron`s sandy shores. The Main Cottage holds 3 bedrooms, a living room with natural gas insert, dinette, kitchen and sun porch. The upper bunkee over the garage has a wet bar, 3 piece bathroom, separate bedroom with walk out balcony. Sit on the front porch, or take in the privacy in the rear yard while enjoying a camp fire in the fire pit area.The cottage is equipped with refrigerator, stove, gas fireplace, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. For your use we provide gas BBQ, lawn chairs, board games, dvds, wifi, and fire pit. Please bring your own linens, pillow cases and towels. We will have some on hand just in case. | This cottage has everything you need for a great place. Location is convenient to drive to Kincardine, Southampton or Sauble beach with 30 minutes or less.
The beach is so close and so lovely! The water is warm, clean and shallow! There is no over crowding and is quiet for families to enjoy their time swimming, playing in the sand or beach activities.
The cottage is well maintained and clean. It can house many people if needed. My teenage daughter loved the bunkie ( pretty much a mini apartment). We had nice fires at night in the peaceful back yard.
Host are also great with correspondence and answering questions! We will be back!
Special addition was the wild turkey visits.

| Meghan and Brandens's cottage is a lovely homey cottage within an easy walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. My grandkids had a wonderful time digging in the sand and playing in the water which was surprisingly warm. The water is also shallow for a long stretch and is ideal for kids. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a blessing on the hottest days. The best thing about our stay, however, was the fire pit which was perfect for evening family gatherings to roast marshmallows and make smores. Meghan and Branden are great hosts. Thank you for letting us spend a week in your cottage.

| Stayed here 2 weeks in June 2023, The cottage although not directly on the lake is literally 2 minutes away by bike or 5 minutes walking, when you get down to the lake a lovely long stretch of sand awaits you. The cottage had everything we needed, but be sure to bring blankets it does get chilly of a night. Meghan and Branden were very accommodating and answered any questions quickly and efficiently. Back yard is big and spacious with the most amazing fire pit I have ever seen. All in all we had a very nice and relaxing time and are hoping to stay again next year.

| LOVED IT! ...great place very spacious ...we all had a private room and a comfortable bed.. the backyard was big and you felt like you were in the middle of the woods... super family friendly lots of toys , games and dvds... also Netflix..which is a plus.... it was a short walk to the beach and parking for 4 cars... i loved it .. my family and I definitely coming back! Also Meghan and Branden were very responsive and helpfu...overall great experience!

| The cottage was exactly as advertised,we had 3 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8 plenty of room for all of us. The beach was a short walk away and was great the boys loved it. Anything we need was a short drive away. I would recommend this cottage to anyone. The weather was good but it started to get cool in the evening.We all enjoyed the fire pit.The boys actually did not watch much TV or play on their iPads because they were so busy.
