If you would like to head out for the day or the night, there is plenty to do within 30 minute drive or less. Plenty of hiking trails, mountain biking, ski resorts (located 5 minutes from beaver valley and 25 minutes from blue mountain), beaches, swimming, waterfalls, plus dozens of other activities. There are plenty of scenic caves and waterfalls to explore. Snow shoeing or snowmobiling trails, sailing, fishing, boat launches, you name it! The blue mountain village is a short 25 minute drive. There great restaurants within a short drive as well.
If your looking to have a great time with great friends, this is the perfect spot for any season! The chalet is surrounded with trees and space giving you plenty of privacy.
Includes BBQ, Indoor Hot Tub, Jacuzzi, Pool Table, Fire Pit, Board Games, Internet, Linens, Bed Sheets (bring your own or rent them from us), Board Games, Book, Smart TV and even the latest updated Nintendo games.
Only 10 minutes to the public beach at Lake Eugenia, and 15 Min to some great waterfalls around Lake Eugenia which is fun for swimming. There is a boat launch at the beach also.
Note:
1) Towels and Linens are available for rent for $20.00 per bed. Towels - $5.00/person
2) There is a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 that is required for booking
3) There is a min 2 night booking. Holidays & long weekends are a min of 3 nights
4) Sleeps 10 peolple
5) Please note - This place is a family place, and not meant for gatherings where loud noise and music will be an issue. If our property manager has to visit the property due to noise complaints, there will be a back charge to you.
6) With approval, we do allow up to two dogs on our property. Approval will be given based on the size and breed of dog. The pet fee ranges from $75 to $150 per dog. The fee is dependent on the size and breed of dog. Payment for Dog fees must be done in advance of your arrival.

| This was one of the best cottage experiences we've had in Canada. The cottage itself was really comfy, nicely decorated, and had absolutely everything we needed. The fire-pit outside served us well. The staff was super responsive and very pleasant. Overall, it was a superb experience for us all.

| Lots of space to chill and hang out, with plenty of bedrooms for lots of people. It was on a lovely cul-du-sac right at the end. Lots of hiking in the area for beginners to experts and the an awesome hot tub to come back too. Beautiful views off the large back porch and it had a great little space downstairs to watch movies and play some pool.

| This cottage was great, the 5 bedrooms were large and accommodated our group very well, no complaints about the 5 bathrooms either. The cottage was spacious making socializing and game playing easy. Everything we needed was there. The location was perfect as well, just a short drive to many walking trails, wineries and new to us were the cideries. Bryan was a very gracious host, making the entire process of renting a cottage easy and coming to our rescue by mailing back to us an item we left behind. Thank you so much Bryan!
