| You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful setting for a cottage. The beach is fabulous and the sunsets are stunning. The cottage is very clean, spacious and well equipped. We couldn't ask for more.The owners, Maureen and Don, are wonderful people. Maureen is warm and friendly. She also has an impressive knowledge of the history of the area. We certainly look forward to going back next year and, hopefully, many years after that.

| We have cottaged in this area before and we just love it here; the beautiful sandy beach, the clean water for swimming and the amazing sunsets. This 4 Bedroom cottage is big and really well equipped both inside and out, from the large TV, the numerous board games, and the comfortable beds inside to the use of outdoor equipment, the private fire pit, and the beautiful and relaxing covered area outside for sitting under with your morning coffee/tea watching out over the water so peaceful. The hosts, Maureen and Don, are lovely people; very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We thank them so much for a great week (and ensuring there's a teapot); loved it and we're coming back!

| We just returned from a week at the cottage on Hennessy Bay, which feels more like a lake than the river. The cottage is well maintained with beautiful grounds and the best sandy beach on the river. The cottage is stocked with everything you will need, along with satellite TV and wifi. You can watch the huge fish jump or the bald eagle fishing from the covered waterfront patio, which is also great to view the storms rolling in across the water . Just can't beat the view! You can also watch the colourful sunset every evening! There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle board for guests to use, and a fishing boat rental if you want. The owners go the extra mile to ensure you take full advantage of your stay and any questions you have will be answered promptly. It's our first stay and we loved it so much that we are already booking for next year, as this place is a real gem ! Thank you Maureen & Don!

| We had a wonderful time. This was our 7th time on this beach, but our first time at this cottage and the experience was magical. Maureen is a friendly, responsive and effervescent host. The cottage shows pride of ownership, very clean and well equipped. Fans in the generous bedrooms and main living area kept us cool while enjoying the satellite service and flat-screen TV. The beds were comfy too. You just cannot beat this location with breathtaking sunsets not to be missed! The water is so clear, and with abundant fish, you can see fish jumping every morning and evening. My son and I zipped out for a day of whitewater rafting at nearby Wilderness Tours too. We have already requested a second week and/ or the next door cottage to share with friends and family next year (and every year, they will have us back!) Thank you, Maureen!

| This cottage checked all boxes for us - beach, trails & dog friendly. Extremely peaceful, picturesque sunsets and just 10 mins away from the grocery store and lcbo. Maureen made our stay really comfortable. Definitely going back next year!
