| This is the second year my family has rented this property. The hosts as well as the property are absolutely fabulous! Hosts are very attentive should you have any questions and the property has so much room (inside and out), has been been well cared for and is a perfect place to spend some time with family or friends!

| Where can I start? If you are looking for a relaxing break, vacation near the lake or just a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life - look no further. This Large Lake Front Cottage has got everything you and your family / or friends are looking for. From the very first communication with Ida, she has been very friendly and sweet accommodating us throughout our stay, when required. Although we didn't need to bug her too much, as this cottage's amenities pretty much covers everything. Decent size kitchen, with all your cooking & cleaning needs. Two large dining tables, 1 breakfast table, a bar, children's playroom stocked with lots of board games and toys and the living room with lake view for the adults to relax.
The best part of this cottage is the outdoors, really really big lawn space, outdoor bbq shed, large deck with patio furniture, a full size walk-out docks towards the lake (where we spent a lot of time catching fish and enjoying the views) and also a newly renovated fire pit with cottage chairs for all the guests. Sitting by the campfire and enjoying the beautiful view was definitely the best part of this trip.
We had such a great time at this beautiful cottage that we didn't want to leave. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a cottage to book, really great place! We were very happy to stay here.

| One of 5 couples that spent a "birthday" weekend getaway at this beautiful old rambling house. The grounds were gorgeous and there was plenty of room for everyone, although we spent most of our time in the large living, dining, bar area and had a great afternoon bonfire with a view of the lake. I imagine it would be fun in the summer with the sunsets and kayaking, but we enjoyed the view down by the water too. Ida and Sam met us and showed us through...inside and out.
Great place for a large group to relax!

| Peace and tranquility - this is what struck us most about Ida's and sam's spacious 'cottage' by the lake. It was late June and we enjoyed a few sunny / warm days when the lake was calm and clear. The shallow water from the pebble beach down to the dock was ideal for children and launching the kayaks that came with the cottage. Watching a beautiful sunset sitting on the dock or up on the lawn by the fire pit was idyllic.
The cottage was well equipped with kitchen / BBQ utensils, etc.. patio / deck chairs / umbrellas and even a fishing line with bait! Ping-pong and air hockey tables were an added bonus.
Ida and Sam were very welcoming hosts and quick to respond to any queries.
Will stay here again no doubt.
