Lake Erie Beach House – Long Beach, Ontario Minimum one-week stay required during the summer season (Saturday to Saturday) . This beautifully updated beach house offers modern comfort in a prime Lake Erie / Long Beach location. The main floor features a newly renovated bathroom with contemporary tile, a glass shower enclosure, and rain-style showerheads. Throughout the home, guests will enjoy vinyl plank flooring, updated furnishings, and a fully renovated kitchen.
The large open-concept great room includes a stylish eat-in kitchen with a spacious island, perfectly positioned to capture stunning lake views—ideal for family meals and relaxed gatherings.
Patio doors open onto a large deck and spacious rear yard that directly adjoins the beautiful sandy beach, offering seamless indoor–outdoor living. Beach access is ideal for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the shoreline.
Weekend bookings are available during the off-season only (September 30 to May 20).
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 adults.
The main floor is included in the rental rate. Guests may choose one of the following sleeping configurations:
One bedroom on the lower level (with the upper-level primary bedroom locked), or
The primary bedroom on the second floor (with the lower-level bedroom locked)
This flexibility allows the cottage to be comfortably tailored to your group size.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, only the number of occupants listed in the booking request may be on site. This cottage is located in a family-oriented area and is intended for quiet family vacations. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
Holidays and long weekends are not available for booking.

| We had a lovely stay with our family and new grand-babies renting this home and the Beach Tree home next door. My kids (mostly adult children) extemely enjoyed the use of the paddle-boards and water lily pad (anchored floating lg water pad, keep close to beach or further out). Plenty of lawn and shade for a break from the sun and for little ones to run around. The beach area is quiet, away from the public sector and a sandbar is not far from shore to hang out and float. Travel time about 1.5 hrs from the edge of Buffalo, could still commute if needed. Plenty of room in the home, as well as kitchen supplies, games, books, toys & smart TV. Having access to both homes allowed us to spread out. The beach is perfect for long walks hence the name Longbeach. A must to visit!

| The lake front cottage far exceeded my expectations. Everything was first class. For an off season stay it was terrific. A fire pit out by the shore was perfect and we used it every chance we got it. Comfortable, warm and Inviting even when the wind was coming off the lake. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Host was always gracious and very helpful with any pre-arrive request.

| Recently stayed at this cottage and it was absolutely perfect! It was very nice and cozy and beautifully decorated. It is so nice to be able to just walk down to the beach anytime and also very nice to be able to sit in the cottage and have a wonderful view of the water as well. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to be.

| You know how you sometimes go to a restaurant or somewhere that you enjoyed so much you couldn't wait to go again Then when you go, it doesn't live up to your memories Not this fabulous cottage! My family and I are so grateful to have found a cottage that we love and are happy to return to every year from here on until - well, until we can't anymore. (Please don't sell it, Joel!) I seriously can't remember a time when I came back from a week away feeling as restored and renewed as I do after being at Living Waters. Joel and Rachel are exemplary hosts, and, if you read the reviews for both their cottages, it's obvious that my opinion is shared by many others. Thank you, Joel and Rachel: we can't wait to come back next year! Pam, Graydon, Jo, Desmond and Easton. :)

| We've stayed at Joel and Rachel 's other properties and it is always an excellent experience. All are tastefully decorated with a warm beach feel. The Lakefront Cottage is our favorite. It is very similar to the Beach Front (next door) just a fair bit bigger. It was probably more space than we needed for just 4 of us but it was great to have the extra space. The kitchen is excellently equipped and loads of counter space to prepare a big meal. The dining room table can handle a large group comfortably if you prefer to dine inside instead of the outdoor dining table and there is plenty of space to lounge in the living room. On a rainy day there is plenty to do indoors. For kids, there are toys and puzzles hidden in every cupboard - our kids had a blast with this. and for rainy days there are literally drawers full of DVDs and Bluerays, its like an old Blockbuster. The bathroom is modern, clean and functional.
The outdoors is what we're all here for and it doesn't disappoint. There is a large deck with a BBQ and dining table overlooking the lake. The outdoor shower on the deck is a great touch to prevent bringing all the beach sand into the cottage. Also on the upper level is a seating area with a fire pit overlooking the beach and lake, great for late night drinks and toasting marshmallows or just a great shady spot to sit on a hot day. The beach, kayaks and outdoor toys are what its all about. We had an amazing week.
