Located in a quiet family neighbourhood, our Beach House is an ALL SEASON 600 Sq ft tiny home on a waterfront lot located on the border of Wasaga Beach & Tiny Beaches. We have been renting for 10+ years and re-built the main house and Beach House brand new in 2025! Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, electric kettle, dishes & cutlery. Bathroom is spacious with a large shower and washer/ dryer. Air conditoning & electric heat. TV & free wifi.
Flagstone exterior deck with a picnic table, chairs, gas barbeque, and fire bowl. Enjoy basketball court and beach volleyball court 3 seasons and winter skating rink (weather permitting) on property.
Enjoy kilometers of sandy beach and gorgeous Georgian Bay sunsets.
Approximately 6KM from the Main Beach tourist area, 25 kms from Blue Mountain Village, and 30 kms from Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort.
