October 1- May 31: The second level apartment is available for a long term rental from October 15 to May 15. Summer 2025 prices: The booking includes the bottom 2 connecting floors. Each floor has its own full kitchen, bbq and full bathroom. The following prices are for the combined two floors: 5000$/ week (maximum of 10 individuals) + 13% TAX + 4% short term county rental tax + 250$ cleaning fee + 500$ security deposit (returned after check-out inspection)
The third level of the cottage is owner occupied.

Salmon Point Retreat is a beautifully finished private resort situated on Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County. The 165 feet of waterfront property has beautiful sunsets. INCLUDES: a private beach (flat rocks), the view of the Sandbanks beach, kayaks, paddle boards (a short kayak ride or hike to Sandbank's beach), Sandbank's beach pass, satellite tv, wifi, air conditioning, beach volleyball court, waterfront fire pit sitting area, and parking. The resort is located on Salmon Point Road, only a 5 minute drive to Sandbanks beach and a 15 minute drive to Picton. There are also many wineries and microbreweries in the area. NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO EXCEPTIONS.

As of February 2021, the Prince Edward County has implemented a new tax called the Prince Edward County short term rental tax. This is a 4% tax which has to be charged to all new and existing weekly summer rentals. Any contracts that were issued after February 2021 are subject to pay this additional 4% tax on top of the 13% hst. Also, Salmon Point Retreat only rents to family groups with a maximum of 10 individuals.

| This is a perfect place to vacation with family or friends. For the last three years we have held our annual family reunion here after much searching for the right location. There is plenty of space for us all to gather for meals and conversation and room for children to play. We can also find privacy for a quiet break or workspace when that's required. We love the private beach, the kayaks, the paddleboards and the firepit. We also enjoy being close to the three Sandbanks beaches as options for swimming and hiking. The owners, Guy and Nicola, cheerfully respond to questions or requests. We are so happy to have found this spot.

| My family has been coming here for 7 years and we will continue to come here for as long as we can. It's our favourite place to be during summer. The cottage is essentially a lake house. You're on the water, and 5 mins from the beach. Guy and Nicola are the most gracious owners. Guy makes the BEST poutines for you. There's really nothing like this vacation home. You're 20 mins from Picton, and many wineries and breweries. The sunset by the firepit on the water is magical. The cottage has kayaks and paddle boards for use. The house is fully furnished. Highly recommend!

| Cela fait 7 ans que nous louons ce chalet à chaque été avec des amis. L'endroit est parfait pour passer les vacances. C'est situé à seulement 5 minutes d'auto de la plage Outlet Beach, à seulement 20 minutes d'auto de Pictons avec tous les magasins dont nous avons besoins et même à seulement 5 minutes de marche du bar The Hayloft Dancehall. La propriété est située sur un immense terrain sur le bord de l'eau, ce qui nous permet de faire du kayak ou du paddleboard et d'observer de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Il y a aussi plusieurs activités à faire sur la propriété : volleyball, ping pong, jeux de poche, connect 4 géant, ... Finalement, les propriétaires Guy et Nicola sont des hôtes vraiment accueillant qui sauront rendre votre séjour agréable.

| What a wonderful place! Everything about this cottage was amazing. The owner was super sweet and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even made us a delicious poutine with onion rings and fried pickles — it was absolutely amazing!
The water view was WOW! The house was big, beautiful, and super clean. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

| We had a wonderful time at Salmon point retreat! The cottage was sparrkling clean and had everything we needed to make our stay fully comfortable !! Our hosts Nicola and Guy made us feel at home !
