Lake Front Cozy Cottage

Our lakefront cottage is a beautiful getaway from the city. Wake up to enjoy an alluring sunrise and take a relaxing canoe ride around the lake. Enjoy your catch of the day as our cottage is a great fishing spot with a variety of species. For your convenience grocery shops in Bobcaygeon is just 15 minutes away. There is a delightful marina waiting for you just steps away from the cottage.

Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with double bed. There is a genuine leather reclining sofa and a 50 inch LED TV with a DVD player absolutely perfect for a lazy day in. (No internet or cable but feel free to use the data on your cell phones). We have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes. We also have a filtered water cooler with complimentary water provided.

Please note: Our cottage is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

RATE INFORMATION:
**RATE IS $300/ WEEKNIGHT**
** RATE IS $350/ WEEKEND NIGHT**
**MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS**
** CLEANING FEE $60**
As we prefer to rent to families, we do not rent the cottage to teenagers.

- INTERAC e-TRANSFER (EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER)
- Bank Draft

FULL PAYMENT (Rent plus refundable Damage Deposit of the amount $250 ) IS DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR OCCUPANCY.
RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED UPON DEPOSIT RECEIVED & FUNDS CLEARED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
