Bob's cottage is a open concept and clean cottage. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family.
-2 Bedrooms- each with queen mattress with mattress protector and 1 pull out couch
-Access to a full kitchen (microwave, stove, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans)
-BBQ available (propane provided)
-1 Bathroom with shower
-TV (basic satellite package, DVD player)

Outdoor Space
-Waterfront property with dock and walk-in beach
-Minimal weeds and sandy entry. Perfect swimming conditions especially for children.
-Cottage faces East (morning sun)
-Aluminum boat with oars, paddleboat, 1 kayak, canoe and paddle board available (Lake conditions are ideal for paddle boarding and canoeing)
-Fire pit available for evening fires (No day time burning between April 1st-October 31st). Fire wood provided.

Summer
-Weekly rentals are to Saturday-Saturday
-Check-in is 3 p.m and check-out is 11 a.m.

Spring & Fall
-Available for weekend, week or weekday rentals
Check-in is 3 p.m and check-out is 11 a.m. (flexible upon request)

Additional Information:

-Renters are required to BRING drinking water, paper towel, toilet paper, food and own linens (blankets and pillows NOT provided).
-Upon checkout, renters are required to take their own garbage and recycling. Dumping is not permitted on or within the surrounding area. Please plan ahead accordingly as local transfer stations require property passes for dumping which is not provided to renters.
