OPEN CONCEPT living area on the main floor, modernized water system, and 2 bathrooms: one complete with shower/full sized bathtub. 4 CLEAN & BRIGHT BEDROOMS.
The main floor is OPEN CONCEPT with a kitchen/dining area and spacious living room. The kitchen comes equipped with a full sized fridge and stove, microwave and amenities. The living room has 2 sofas, a recliner, a TV, DVD player, and receiver. Patio Door and large windows afford a BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE. Two bedrooms on main floor: One with a queen bed and one with 3 bunk-beds... a perfect escape for the kids!!
The second floor has a new bathroom, and 2 bedrooms -- Both very spacious & bright; total of 2 queens, 1 double, and a crib.
The LARGE, MULTI-TEIRED deck/patio is perfect for a BBQ, relaxing in the sun, and enjoying the peaceful setting. There is a generous waterfront, great for young and old! Perfect for playing or relaxing: A DOCK to sunbathe on, a small SANDY BEACH to play on, and a grassed yard in front of the cottage. A new flagstone fire pit has been set up to enjoy the unparalleled star show each night.
This is a WATERFRONT cottage, the water is warm and shallow with a gradual slope -- feel safe with your kids! It's great for CANOEING & PEDAL BOATING (both included!!), or bring your boat and launch it just a block away! Great lake for WATERSKIING and WAKEBOARDING!
