Beautiful, modern log cabin on quiet lakefront property in Haliburton. Clean lake, private setting, large deck, screened-in porch, AC and great fishing!
Off Highway 6, 15 minutes from the Town of Haliburton, 20 minutes from the Town of Minden, 5 minutes from Sir Sam's and West Guilford.
Property has three bedrooms; an upstairs loft with two bedrooms, main floor master bedroom .Please bring your own bedding and towels.
There are two bathrooms; one on the main floor with a jacuzzi tub and one in the basement with a shower.
The main floor houses a kitchen, dining room table that seats eight, a comfy-cozy living room in front of a beautiful Rumford fireplace to a walk-out deck overlooking the lake. Also on the main floor a lovely screened-in porch with barbeque.
The basement is recently finished with beautiful flooring, a gas fireplace, a shuffleboard table, a dart board, board games and a washer and dryer.
There are 3 television's in the cabin. One TV upstairs that has a Xbox One +Wii game system, a main floor television has satellite television reception. The basement television has satellite and a DVD player .There is a stereo sound system on the main floor.
The property, just under one acre, has a fire pit and a beautiful dock. A 14' aluminum boat ,paddle boat, kayak , paddle board and canoe are included in the rental.
There are volleyball posts on the property if you would like to bring your own net and there is a hammock metal frame if you would like to bring your own hammock.
We DO NOT rent weekends. Six (6) nights only from Sunday at noon to Saturday at noon.
This cottage is best enjoyed by families. We do not make considerations for large groups of young adults.
