At last! Located on a point, this cozy, quiet, clean, 3 bedroom, waterfront, family cottage offers a private and picturesque getaway for families or couples. Grab a coffee and watch the unbelievable sunrise or see the amazing view from the living room, two decks or dock. The upper deck is equipped with a barbeque, patio table, umbrella, chairs and two loungers or enjoy the view from the Muskoka chairs on the lower deck at the water's edge. The private, sandy beach is perfect for children to play or jump off the dock into the clean, weed free, 6 foot deep water. The open concept interior is fully furnished with a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom and wood stove and is equipped with a television and DVD player. The dock will accommodate up to a mid-sized boat and a public boat ramp is available at the public beach, a 5 minute drive from the cottage. Alternatively, a boat ramp and boat rentals are available at Lakeview Cottages and Marina, also a 5 minute drive from the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Apsley and 30 minutes to Bancroft, this cottage escape provides a relaxing getaway in the heart of North Kawartha. July & August $2495/ week
September & October $2095/week or $325/night (minimum 3 night stay)

NOTES A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance of payment and security deposit are due 30 days prior to the rental date. A 2 day minimum rental is available ONLY after Labour Day weekend. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. on the first day of rental and check out is 10:30 a.m. on the last day of rental. Weekly rental only for July and August: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Saturday and check out is 10:30 a.m. the following Saturday. | Truly relaxing, very cozy and peaceful. This slice of paradis is extremely private! Your own secluded beach and dock where you can spend all day, every day. The sunrise is breathtaking and the water is like glass. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us! We made a ton of memories with our family that we will cherish.

| I enjoyed a great week here at the end of June. It was my first time at the cottage and on Chandos. The lake is gorgeous! The cottage is comfortable and tastefully decorated with fantastic views of the lake. I loved the deck right off the living room. It was a great spot for morning coffee as well as a late afternoon cocktail. The sandy beach is private and the swimming is excellent. It is a very picturesque, yet peaceful place to enjoy a vacation! I would recommend "At Last" to anyone looking for a wonderful cottage experience.

| Muskoka in the Haliburtons!! Wow what a cute cottage and amazing location! Totally private, amazing views - like truly, really fantastic views you will never tire of! We stayed a week and so enjoyed it - peaceful, lovely water, beach for kids - did not want to go home. Would prefer queen sized beds but that's just me - I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage. It has everything you need, town not too far away and really cute to boot; I brought my kayak - even saw full sized sailboats out on the lake - it seemingly goes on forever.
