Located just off the beach on Tyler Lane, Approximately 50 metres to the beach Lakeview, Family friendly lane, Outdoor shower in addition to main bathroom, Very neat and clean, recently repainted and decorated. Air conditioner, BBQ, Fire pit, picnic table, large patio awning. Parking for up to 3 cars. Beach chairs and beach toys available, Must supply own bed and bath linens. No tents. Cottage must be left in the same clean condition as you found it. We have 2 neighbouring cottages as well if you need space for a large group. | This is a lovely well kept cottage steps to the Beach on a quiet little lane. Clean, comfortable beds, all the kitchen utensils and appliances you would need! Lovely patio out front with great seating , a BBQ and fire pit and best of all, an awning to make it comfortable on hot sunny days or when there is a rain shower. Michelle is a super hostess and met me, then checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Oh.. bonus,, little grocery with super wine from LCBO just steps away, ice cream store also very close by! It is a gem of a cottage!

| What a gem!! This little cottage is absolutely everything you could want for a vacation spot in Turkey Point. Michelle, the cottage owner, is the loveliest woman. Upon our arrival, she left us a bag full of fresh local strawberries and cookies to welcome us! She gave us all the info we needed to have a comfortable stay and was super quick to respond to texts if we had a question. The cottage was ready well before our check-in time, so Michelle told us we could arrive early if we wanted! The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, well-stocked (you don't need to bring anything other than food for the kitchen, everything else you could need is there!), comfy beds and temperature control for hot days/nights. For what it's worth, we're not huge cottage-type people, but we felt very at home here. The beach is a literal one minute walk from the front door of the cottage. We also noticed that, despite it being Labour Day weekend - a very busy time of year at the beach - this particular area of Turkey Point beach was not mobbed by hundreds of people! It's a beautiful, clean, soft sand beach, with clear lake water and sand bars that go out quite a distance. As parents to two young boys, they could play in the water safely (with us there too) without us stressing that they were going to get swept away in an undertow or something like that. Tyler Lane Cottage is a glorious little retreat and it is the perfect place to rest your head after a day at the beach! We'll definitely be back!

| Excellent location!! Only 1 cottage away from beach. This cottage is quaint with everything you need. It has lake view from kitchen, living room. So nice have the privacy on a dead end and have lake view without the price of beach front. Wow!!
The bedrooms were lovely and a good size. Very clean and easy to tidy. Enjoyed our nights by the fire pit and our days on the beach.
Definitely will be back!! What a diamond in the rough! A true gem!!
Michelle was lovely! She even had stores waiting for us which my son loves!! Perfect spot! We felt spoiled!

| A lovely spot to spend a few days by the lake. Tyler Lane Cottage is immaculate and you want for nothing. We loved sitting out under the big yellow awning enjoying the quiet of mid-week at Turkey Point. The locations is fabulous. So near the lake, you are there in minutes and very near Kelly's Cove which our little grandsons enjoyed their huge ice cream cones... a mere 250 metre stroll. We would sit by the water's edge watching the sunset each evening enjoying the ever-changing Lake Erie.
A great location for biking trails as well. We followed the coastal road to Port Rowan passing wineries and fresh veggie stands and great vistas of farmlands and historical plaques. Turkey Point Provincial Park offered free Day Parking during the mid-week as well. A bonus!
Michelle takes great care of her clients.
We hope to return again during off season. A "little gem" at the lake.

| We enjoyed the cottage in May of 2021 and we had a great time.
The cottage was very clean and easy to access. Great location and so close to the beach.
Michelle was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend. We will definitely be back.
