Sunset Landing is located on beautiful Georgian Bay, with a shoreline of southern exposure and beautiful white sandy beaches. This all season, B.C. cedar cottage is surrounded by large pines and cedar hedges and steps away (50 meters) from the tranquil Wahnekewening Beach.
Family owned for over 60 years, this 2 storey cottage will provide you with lasting memories for a lifetime. A Georgian treasure in it's own right, a cedar wrap around deck will allow you to relax, unwind, entertain or take a well deserved nap under the awning. A conveniently situated BBQ area allows for easy access to an oversized kitchen. With 2 level indoor and outdoor dining, you can be sure to enjoy the scenery towards the beach or by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. Included for your families enjoyment are a basketball net, Bocci, horseshoes and other outdoor games.
No additional guests are allowed other than the maximum limit of 8 plus 4 additional guests for daily visits in accordance with the STR by-law (22-017) as required by Tiny.

| First time staying at Sunset Landing and Tiny Township. The cottage/home was immaculate and perfect for our family of 10. The beach was a short hop away and the sand and water was fabulous for our grandchildren ages 3-9 yrs old. We used to own a cottage and sold 5 yrs ago, so we have rented previously at other locations. We were so impressed that we've decided to come back in 2023 for our week of memories!

| This was far the best cottage we have ever rented. Everything you needed was there. No need to bring anything. Our families enjoyed their time and the kids were in their happy place. No one ever got bored. The kids had their own bunkies which they loved and the adults had the cottage. It couldn't have worked out any better. The basement is fantastic with everything you could imagine. Endless games of pool and darts. It's your own little oasis. Also this has the best beach around. Can't wait to go back.

| Just returned from a fabulous weekend at Sunset Landing. This well appointed cottage had everything and more one could expect. This was the first time renting a cottage, and Janice delivered on everything featured in her listing. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.

| What a gem this sweet cottage is! Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful, roomy, close to the beach cottage. Janice was an absolute delight to work with and answered any questions immediately. The cottage was in beautiful condition, and fully stocked with anything you could need on your getaway. We spent many hours enjoying the quiet beach, and playing in the crystal clear lake water. The kids have proclaimed it ?the best cottage ever? and we look forward to returning soon!!

| Just got back a week ago from this spectacular cottage and enjoyed every moment of our 3-day stay. It was a perfect 'landing' for celebrating my milestone birthday with my family and left us with great memories - one of the best cottages I've rented and comparable, in my view, to a Caribbean destination with white sands, turquoise waters, sunsets and calming & happy vibes with the sound of the waves just a few steps away from the beautiful cottage. Each room is so beautifully and tastefully decorated and I discovered something new and unique in each room every day! The picture frames on the walls had exceptional words which were truly profound! The rec room too in the basement was so well set out and we had a lot of fun with the different games. Thank you so much Janice & Todd for renting this lovely cottage to us at such short notice! Will definitely go back again in the summer with the family!!
