A great place for a family retreat or getaway with friends!! The property boasts a 3 bedroom, brand new 3 piece bathroom with shower, and 2 piece bathroom, in the main cottage with a beautiful view of the waterfront as well as a lakeside bunkie with additional room for sleeping. The gradual sand bottom lake is ideal for safe entry for swimmers and those with young children. The large back lot is perfect for sports and recreational activities as well as enjoying some s'mores over the in-ground fire pit on a starry night. ***Broil King BBQ with propane provided ***72 foot floating dock including 12 x 20 platform at the end of the dock and new ladder. Perfect for swimming, lounging, and gathering with friends. ***custom stairs from the driveway to the cottage alongside a stone path walkway to assist with accessibility for renters. *laminate flooring throughout the main cottage and kitchen and vinyl flooring in the mud room. *custom kitchen including new counter tops, cupboards, sink, and fridge *bathroom renovation including new toilets and shower with custom tile work MAIN COTTAGE: 3 bedroom, 4-piece and 2-piece bathroom, large living area with wood burning fireplace, television, and dvd player, mud room, and newly renovated kitchen (summer 2015). BUNKIE:
Located right on the water's edge!! A beautiful view of the morning sunrise with large doors that open onto a deck with a secondary table that fits 5. A perfect tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the breathtaking views.
AMENITIES INCLUDE:Washing machine, drier, full size refrigerator, stove, barbeque, wood burning fireplace (as well as oil heat), television and dvd player, row boat and oars, two kayaks with paddles, paddle boat, 8 adult size life jackets, fire pit.
Local attractions include: kilometres of boating through this beautiful 5-lake chain, lakeside dining and entertainment at local resorts along the water's edge, 4 competitive golf courses all located within 15 minutes of the cottage, some of the best atv trails in the Kawarthas, excellent muskie and bass fishing, white water kayaking, mountain biking, and walking trails located minutes away (including Flemming College sculpture forest), grocery store less than 5 km from the cottage, 2 local marinas offering boat rentals and launching, free public docking in Haliburton village (just a 5 minute boat ride away!!!).
This Haliburton retreat is perfect for families looking to unwind and relax away from the city.
Rental occupancy runs Saturday - Saturday with a check-in time of 3pm and check-out time of 11am. Guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels. (a light blanket and pillows will be provided for each bed).
**$1000 due at the time of booking ($800 down payment and $200 security deposit). 90 days prior to your scheduled stay you will be required to submit the final balance. There will also be a rental agreement that will be emailed to you when you submit your inquiry and it's return (signed and completed) is due at the time of booking along with your deposit.
*A photocopy of your driver's license will be required to rent the property for insurance purposes.
*We mostly cater to family and professional rentals and due to insurance reasons you must be the age of 25 and above to secure a rental.

| Our stay at the updated rustic cabin exceeded expectations. The cabin itself was a perfect blend of charm and modern amenities. With an abundance of water sports and toys, the waterfront offered endless fun, and the steps into the water were a hit with the kids. The beautiful new deck provided a scenic spot to relax, and there was plenty of room for various activities in the water. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the great fishing opportunities that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. A fantastic retreat with something for everyone!

| We stayed at Erin and Liam's cottage for a week this July. What a truly beautiful piece of heaven their property is. The cottage is roomy but so cozy!! We fished and explored Haliburton and got so much use out of their rowboat, canoe and kayaks. We can't wait to go again!!

| We enjoyed our stay at Erin and Liam's cottage. The location was great and the cottage had everything we needed. The bunkie was an added bonus. My family also used the canoe and the 2 kayaks.The fishing was great.
Many thanks to Erin and Liam for a wonderful week at their beautiful vacation home. Hope someday we will be able to stay there again.

| Thank you Erin & Liam for our stay at your lovely panabode cottage. We had a wonderful time with our family including grand baby and pups! Everything was exactly as described and very well kept. The ample dock was perfect for our pontoon and we really enjoyed boating/fishing on the 5-lake chain. We enjoyed viewing wildlife directly from the cottage - deer, ducks, beaver and loons! The deck was a perfect setting and ideal for outdoor dining! We also enjoyed many bocce games in the backyard and roasting s'mores under the stars! We would recommend to anyone and would love to return!

| This town and this cottage had everything one needs to decompress from hectic city lives. The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The neighbours were kind, the sun was bright and the waters blue. Erin & Liam were kind enough to refer us to the Sculpture park which was was such a fantastic experience during the fall. For some reason exploring this area makes one feel like quite minute in comparison to the tall trees, long roads and large expanses of water. We wish we could've stayed longer and gone paddle boating and kayaking. I can't wait to be back! Erin & Liam you were such fantastic hosts and thank you for sharing your home with my family and me!!!
