Minimum rental period is three nights.
June through the second week of September only weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are available.
The weekend rate is for three nights.
We offer several optional services in addition to the rental fees listed above:
Hot tub: $100 per stay (any length)
Cleaning: $125
Linen: $40 per room
The cottage must be left clean and ready for the next renter using the provided cleaning supplies. Alternatively, the cleaning service may be purchased. The linen service includes bed linens and comforters for one room and towels for two people. Linen service can be purchased for multiple rooms.
50% of the total fee is collected at the time of booking. The remaining fee is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival. The security deposit is typically returned the day after departure, at the latest one week after departure.
Rates do not include HST (13% sales tax) and 4% Short-Term Accommodations Tax
