**This property just underwent a complete professional renovation**. This brand new, 3 bedroom waterfront beach house is available for your enjoyment. This property is located between Balm Beach and Thunder Beach on beautiful Southern Georgian Bay. The beach house sits directly on a secluded, sandy bay with a private 100 feet of south-facing shoreline. The warm, shallow crystal blue water is perfect for families with young children. There is a 1,400 square foot patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. A portion of the patio is covered by a large roof, offering protection from the sun and rain as well as an area to enjoy outdoor dining. The beach house boasts three bedrooms, two of which have walkouts and water views. Fall asleep listening to the breeze blow and the waves break on the shore. The fully equipped chef's kitchen flows into the living room which features water views, a gas fireplace and television. The master ensuite has a glass walk in shower and the second bathroom also has a glass shower / bathtub. Escape the hustle and bustle of busy lives and come relax with your family in this beach house oasis. On a hot summers day you will surely think you're on a Caribbean holiday!
This property is located 15 minutes North of Balm Beach and 10 minutes South of Thunder Beach.
Beach Front living is 50 minutes North of Barrie and off the beaten path. Escape the 400 / 11 Hwy grind and kick off your work shoes for a pair of flip flops.

Note: Take Hwy #26 or Bayfield St North. Turn left at a "Y" in the road which is Hwy #6 towards Wyvale or Perkinsfield. Drive until you reach Concession Rd 16th or 17th and make a left. Concession Rd 16 is an easier route as the 17th has a very steep gravel rd.If you take the 16th turn right on the Tiny Beaches Rd. North and the beach house will be on your left a few minutes up. If you take the 17th you will drive straight into out driveway.

| Words can not describe this beautiful gem. You will not be disappointed. Every detail is unique and exquisite! I stayed here with my 9 & 5 year old and they didn't want to leave..! The private beach is absolutely breath taking .. I definitely look forward to coming back.

| As soon as you pull up the driveway you know you've come to a special place. The minute you open the door, the interior, so incredibly warm and inviting, welcomes you with open arms. You'll never want to leave. Being able so see the lake from your sofa is everything and once you open the patio door the view will blow you away! It is absolutely stunning! This cottage, was super clean, updated and designed beyond anything I've ever stayed in. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. This was truly was a very special experience! Amazing!!

| We stayed a week here in July. Beautiful property. The beach is private and has a great view of the Blue Mountains and crystal clear water. We enjoyed the fire pit with great sunsets. Good size deck with BBQ. The view from the cottage is wonderful. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms have an amazing view out to the lake. At times it felt like we were in the Carribbean. We will definitely be back!

| A slice of heaven! This cottage was a perfect escape for a girls weekend. The cottage was clean with plenty of space for everyone. The beach is a private oasis complete with comfortable Muskoka chairs and a fire pit. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us.
