It lays along 150 ft of naturally beautiful private waterfront. - LCBO, Variety Store and Gas station are only 7 min away in Griffith. -Situated with frontage on the Madawaska River within Provincial Park, just minutes from Griffith, it is a perfect spot for water sport enthusiast. This cottage has an easy access to the river with dock, big front lawn perfect for your summer games. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, pots and pans, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Firepit and BBQ (propane provided). There is a window AC for cooling on those hot days. Larger boats may be launched at a boat launch 10 minutes away where you have full access to Centennial Lake giving you miles of boating. | Me and my family rented thus cottage for a week and it was fantastic. The place was very clean and tidy and the whole place was great and safe for our little one.
Water is great to swim in and the dock is amazing to just sit and relax or fish or just gaze into the wild.
We will def be back! Thanks Boba.

| Boba & Pedja were beyond hospitable, welcoming and helpful. The property was incredible on a lovely private lane, partially surrounded by water. Every morning and evening, we were greeted by birds, turtles, groundhogs and the sounds of nature. We loved using the canoe, sunbathing or stargazing on the private dock, swimming in the river and sitting outside on the many available chairs watching adorable ducks with ducklings. The cottage was spotless and smelled good with a full kitchen to work with. Definitely highly recommend anyone taking a weekend or longer stay in the area to be here!

| Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of spending a second leisurely and enjoyable vacation at this comfortable cabin. The spacious accommodations, suitable amenities, delightful scenery and quiet atmosphere were exactly what we were seeking. Helen and Harrison are lovely to deal with and we would highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking rest, relaxation, sunbathing and a bit of catch and release off the dock!

| My boyfriend and I stayed at this cottage for 3 nights, and it was perfect- from the warm welcome of the owner who was extremely accommodating to our needs, to the ambience of being surrounded in the beauty of nature- this cottage provides for a private, yet relaxing vacation.
The cottage itself is very quaint with its wooden structure, and includes different forms of entertainment such as indoors with the television or outdoors with the canoe (which the owner suggested we try upon our arrival). The breathtaking morning view is a sight to be remembered; we used the canoe for two full days and used the dock in the evenings to watch the neighbors' (who were really friendly) campfires while star gazing. Although private and secluded, this cottage is extremely safe and it's comforting to know that the friendly neighbors are nearby.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and have already told the owner that we're looking forward to our next visit! :)
