This 15-year-old winterized Viceroy cottage has a bright spacious open concept kitchen, dining room
and living room with warm hardwood floors. Lots of windows overlooking the lake. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and large window overlooking the lake. There is a second upstairs bedroom with a double bed.
The unique downstairs bedroom has two double beds which has a large garage door so you can
sleep at the waters edge under the stars. The lower living room (den) has a propane fireplace to
unwind at the end of a long day on the water. An additional futon will accommodate 8 people.
The boathouse is equipped with air conditioning.
*** There is another cottage on the property that we rent exclusively with the Boathouse for larger family gatherings. With both cottages you could sleep 14.
The lakeside boathouse is very private.

The swimming is excellent with lots of water toys provided. A public boat launch 100metres up road so bring your own boat to take advantage of fishing and water sports. You have a paddleboard, kayak, canoe, fishing boat (no motor), windsurfer and lots of water toys to enjoy your stay. Unwind at the end of the night around the large firepit which has seating and hydro for some music. Satellite TV with games, books, over 100 DVD's and two big screen TV's for those rainy days to sit and relax.
