The Mapleview Cottage is a chalet style cottage, with a double lot of sandy frontage on Bay Lake and is the perfect getaway for families and medium sized groups. Bay Lake is located about 20 minutes north of Huntsville, close to Algonquin Park.

This new cottage has a rustic feel, but has all of the conveniences of home, like central air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen and WIFI. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge great room with dining room and living room space, a very large recreation room, a laundry room and a beautiful kitchen.

Amazing find! We have rented the same cottage for years. This year we wanted something new. I came across Rick's place and based on the description it would have been perfect for our family - and it was!!!! Thanks for a great stay!!! The kids had a great time, the grounds were safe and clean - lots of things to do (in the water and in the cottage as well - the rec room was perfect) super cozy and incredible views!!! A huge plus is that we got to bring our dog who loved it as much as we did!

This was our third year staying at Mapleview - we love it!

This cottage has so much great living space both inside and out - plenty of room for everyone. The lake itself is really quiet and peaceful.

The cottage is well equipped with most of what is needed and is always very clean upon arrival.

Happy to recommend Mapleview to anyone looking for a wonderful lake getaway!

Every year, my family and friends make sure to go on a cottage getaway as our bonding tradition and to escape the city life. So far, Mapleview is the best one we have ever stayed. Rick was very accommodating, prompt, and very organized. We had a blast in the spacious game room playing ping-pong, billiards and foosball. The beach amenities made it more enjoyable -- the water was very clean, calm, and the view was wonderful. The cottage was clean and all that you need is readily available. We will all be coming back to rent this place and I totally recommend it.
