Welcome to Rehman Retreat - THE MEMORY MAKER! Occupancy: 8 persons

This registered cottage is the ideal place for families for kids of all ages! And comfortable for all ages too with central air conditioning when it's hot and forced air heating when it's cool. Just a short 2 min walk and a flight of stairs to the beach with gradual entry and sandy beach bottom.

CAMPER CABIN - This is our newest remodel that brings the outdoors in and provides the perfect backdrop for imaginative play but also the ideal gathering place to make lifelong memories. Bonus features: Small fridge, fully heated, fully air conditioned. (This is an add on to your reservation).

NOTES

$500 deposit is required to hold your reservation which also serves as a REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT and will be returned within 4 days after the last day of your stay and you must supply your email address.

TO COMPLETING BOOKING:
1. Pay outstanding amounts 30 days before 1st day of your stay or by the date stated in the reservation details
2. Provide drivers licence of the Principal Renter - must be over 24 yrs of age
3. Provide all Names - First & Last + ages of all Guests to be registered - and all Guests must be registered
4. Provide name & emergency contact number of someone that will not be a guest with you during your stay
5. Read, accept and acknowledge the terms of the Cottage Contract via email
6. Provide the licence plates, make, model and colour of all vehicles
7. Pay the $500 Refundable Damage Security Deposit
8. Pay all funds via e-transfer

CANCELLATION POLICY COVID-19
If your stay is cancelled due to Government requirements such as COVID-19 all funds will be returned to you in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your stay in less than 30 days of the 1st day of your stay, you forfeit your Refundable Damage Security Deposit and you will also forfeit 50% of your reservation amount. If you booked your stay in less than 30 days before the first day of your stay, same rules apply - you will forfeit your Refundable Damage Security Deposit and you will also forfeit 50% of your reservation amount.

HOW TO RECOUP YOUR THE COST OF YOUR CANCELLED RESERVATION:
If you find someone to take over your reservation and they complete all requirements within 3 days before the 1st day of their stay, you will be refunded the full cost of your reservation but not your $500 Refundable Damage Security Deposit which was forfeited when you cancelled your stay.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and very spacious for 8 people.
Highlights for us was the outdoor shower (sooo relaxing!), the bikes (my son and I biked to St Joseph's beach then to Zurich and back), the dining room table (fantastic to be able to all sit together at meal times and play games) and the kids loved the air hockey table.
I must thank Darlene for her patience and kindness with me as I am a worrier. She answered my many emails and talked with me on the phone a few times.

Ma famille et moi avons passés une merveilleuse semaine. La maison était parfaite, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un endroit plaisant et calme pour des vacances reposante avec un accès a l'eau a proximité de la maison. Également très bien situé, près de Grand Bend, la plage, les activités, les épiceries, etc...
Darlene est très gentille et disponible pour répondre a toutes vos questions.
Nous recommandons cette location pour vos prochaines vacances dans ce merveilleux coin.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cottage! It was clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you need. The outdoor shower was our favourite part. The directions for cottage clean up were easy to follow and very helpful. The location is perfect for beaches and shopping. The backyard and deck is private and large enough for eating and hanging out. The firepit was used and was lots of fun. The air conditioning was a bonus on a few hot days. The owner is friendly, helpful and quick to answer all questions. It was a wonderful week and a great place to be together with family!

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to Bayfield and Grand Bend, we explored both places. Lots of space for families and lots of games if you have a rainy day. The back fire pit was nice for evenings and smores. It is not right on water but it is easy to get to water! They had lots of supplies for the kitchen and the bbq is nice and large to cook lots of food on.

This was the perfect escape from the city. Close enough to popular tourist attractions. Comfortable enough to sit at the cottage and pursue recreational activities. The beds were clean and cosy. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and pursue individual activities. Recreational equipment such as bikes were perfect for exploring the sites and sounds in the community. Darlene informed us of the best places to obtain firewood and other goodies. The kitchen was fully equipped but it was the bbq which got the most use. I love that there was a dishwasher to make cleaning a breeze. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would easily recommend this cottage to large families or small one which like to spread out.
