Welcome to the Cedarhaven Cottage!!! Paradise is waiting for you on the water's edge of beautiful "Bob's Lake". Privately owned for generations this hidden gem in the Land O' Lakes region was completely remodeled in 2008 and very well upkept every year. This charming cottage features all the modern amenities you will need for a home away from home experience, including Hi Speed WIFI. It is designed with an open floor plan and stocked with new furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay. Located directly in front of the lake, the property is extremely gentle sloping and is perfect for children to play and easy access for the older folks as well. There is plenty of space to run around and enjoy your favorite outdoor sports. Bring your own bike or use one of our 10+ bikes to explore the nearby areas. Enjoy swimming in perhaps Ontario's finest lake. Just imagine an over sized swimming pool with a sandy bottom. The lake gradually becomes deeper as you swim out from the retaining wall at the water's edge - See Photos. To enhance the fun, why not use one of our water floaters while swimming or take our Kayaks/ Canoe/Pedal Boat/Aluminum Boat to explore this huge Lake?
For the fisherman in the group, this lake will not disappoint! Walleye, Bass, Pike, Crappies, Cisco, Catfish and all types of pan fish are in full abundance. Come and catch one of Bob's Lake's finest. A 5 lbs plus bass is not uncommon and caught regularly. Boat docking is available on our large 35' dock and our new 12' metal dock. Yes, we have 2 docks! A boat launch ramp is available just down the road at Cedarhaven Camp.

Cottage Features:
The Main Cottage is a two story home that features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms on the main floor and a large sleeping pad upstairs (See Photos). 2 Bedrooms are equipped with a *new queen sized beds while the other room has a double and twin. The sleeping pad upstairs has six twins and a double futon. The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home.
The Guest cottage is only about 40 ft away from the main cottage and will provide extra privacy and space for comfort, if rented. The guest cottage has a full bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a double bed and a single/single bunk.
The BBQ Room is a room situated on a concrete slab outdoors. It is equipped with a commercial 5-Burner Broil King grill to ensure a great cooking experience. All cooking utensils, propane tanks and a fish cleaning table are available for your convenience.
The Boathouse is a storage shed situated right on the lake. No longer used as an actual boat house; its main purpose is to store Water Toys & Sporting Goods. There are many Floaters, Bikes, Sport Balls, Life Jackets, Fishing Rods, Water Crafts, Lounge Chairs and much more available for you to use.
Watercrafts Available onsite: A two person fiber glass fishing "Canoe"; A two-person ultra stable "Catamaran Kayak"; 4x one-person single "Kayaks"; An ultra stable 5-person "Pedal Boat"; A 12 ft "Aluminum Deep Haul Fishing Boat". Paddles and Life Jackets are provided.
All Cedar Dock. A 6' x 16' dock pathway connected to a 12' x 16' dock platform. This is probably the Largest dock in the area which is suitable for any of your docking needs. Recently installed is a "12' Metal Dock" as well. Perfect to store all the water toys for quick access.
For those who would like to explore the lake, Boat rentals are available close by at very reasonable rates. They do delivery, pick-up and launching of the boat for you.
Weekends and shorter stays are available during the mid and off season only.

| A stay at this cottage is a gift! The children were swimming from the time they got up until they went to bed because the water deepened so gradually and the sandy bottom was so inviting. The water toys provided constant laughter. The kitchen was so well-equipped and the Maytag stove was the best I've ever worked with. The bedrooms were large, yes large, and the fans were so efficient. We're all buying one as soon as possible. The huge TV kept the kids entertained while we made meals and the Wifi worked perfectly. The well water was delicious. Our whole week was heaven.

| We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The weather was surprisingly hot for this time of year and there was virtually no mosquitoes at all! The lake was very clear and you can see hundreds of fish swimming around trying to bite that worm. The kids had a blast catching them right off the dock. They also enjoyed swimming over to the floating platform. We loved the paddle boat and especially the comfort the cottage provided for our group. We highly recommend this cottage and will be back again. Thank you!

| The 10 of us booked this Cedarhaven cottage for the fall. This was our second time coming here. As always, it was quite the treat. Seeing the fall leaves at this time of the year was absolutely stunning. We love to fish, and Bob's Lake is one of our favourite place to fish. Lots of fishes biting: bass, walleye, panfish, crappies. Crappies were abundant as the sun went down, and made for a nice dinner. Got to do some canoeing, biking, hiking, paddleboating, etc. There was an abundance of DVDs at the top floor that we got to check out during our downtime after dinner. On one of the days, 3 of us took a road trip to Ottawa. It was only 1.5 hours away. On another day, 2 of us played some golf at Rivendell, fun course 30-mins away with good fall rates. Guest cottage has much improved since the first time we came here. As always, both cottages were well kept and clean, no complaints. Overall, a fun and enjoyable fall weekend here. Looking forward to coming back next year!

| This cottage is fantastic! We stayed for a week in September this year and we loved every second of it! The weather was surprisingly nice for this time of the year, sunny days and cool evenings. Best of all, there was no mosquitoes or bugs at all! The cottage itself is phenomenal, very spacious, and has everything you may need. What we liked most is outdoor property. It was very flat and huge! It was perfect for our small children to run around and play without us worrying about them.
Sean, the owner was very helpful in providing all the information on how we can spend our days there. They have a boat house fully equipped with water toys, a canoe, a row boat, fishing rods, sporting goods and even bikes! We explored the lake many many times, and took advantage of the bikes to explore the area together.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough! The view, the amenities, the owner. Just a Perfect Vacation! We will definitely be back!
