Stunning year round cottage in beautiful, private, lakeside setting - complete with excellent wifi and quality hot tub! Lake Miskwabi is approximately 3 hours north of Toronto and 20 minutes from Haliburton. Part of a 2-lake chain, Miskwabi offers miles of shoreline for boating enthusiasts and is wonderfully clean and clear for swimming. Dysart el al Short-Term Rental Licence Number STR-25-00002. - Licensed for short term rentals up to 10 people maximum, including children. - Up to 2 well behaved pets possible - please enquire. LAYOUT:
Upstairs kitchen has fridge/ freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine, extensive spice rack, lots of pots/pans/plates/ cutlery etc, plus empty cupboards for food storage. Separate pantry with baking items, crockpot, blender etc. Downstairs is a 2nd full size fridge/ freezer.
2 bedrooms upstairs - both Queen. 1 has balcony with view to lake and other has desk for working (if needed!).
3 bedrooms downstairs - 1 Queen, 1 Queen + Twin, 1 Double
2 bathrooms: upstairs has bath with shower over, downstairs has a modern rain shower.
Utility with large-capacity washing machine and tumble drier.
Extensive wraparound deck for all day sun.
Granite landscaping with firepit overlooking lake.
Canoe and 2 kayaks are provided; guests can bring their own boat and there is a boat launch across the lake (alternatively rent one from Haliburton and it can be delivered there).
Next door is a protected area where no building is permitted so there is plenty of wildlife including deer, loons, beavers, large turtles, wild turkeys, otters.
Linen, indoor towels and a tank of propane for the barbecue are provided - please bring outdoor towels for the hot tub and lake.

| We had an absolutely amazing week at this cottage. The fireplace and hot tub made a very cold wintery week very comfortable.
The cottage was very clean upon arrival, and well stocked with everything we needed - towels, linens, cutlery, cooking equipment, firewood, etc.
The cottage itself was large enough for our group of seven people. Lots of well appointed bedrooms and enough space to gather together, or curl up in a corner and read a good book.
There a lots of detailed instructions when you need to find out how to do something or how something works, and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had.
The cottage is close enough to Haliburton that we didn't mind driving into town when we needed anything, but far enough away that we could stand still during our walks and the only sound was that of snow falling on the ground - an amazing experience!

| Wow! Absolutely everything about this place was spectacular! The area is well treed and private, the lake is crystal clear and the cottage itself is spacious, extremely well equipped and super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful as well with gorgeous granite steps down to the lake. Absolutely no complaints! There is plenty of seating both inside and out and our family had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable and our family loved the fire pit and hot tub, and the stunning views. Plus, communication with the owner was clear and comprehensive. What we especially liked was that there were several different spaces for relaxing. Having two separate living rooms was great. All in all, this was a beautiful spot! The two chairs tucked away down a short path overlooking the water was a perfect spot for morning coffee and we all enjoyed mealtimes out on the spacious deck. Having two full
bathrooms was another great feature. We would love to return another time!

| Cottage is very nice and has everything you will need. Great space for kids indoors and outdoors. Property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Dock is great for a boat and still has plenty of room to swim off of it.

| The cottage was wonderful. Plenty of space, 2 living areas, which for us was great as the kids went downstairs a lot. If you are cooks the kitchen was extremely well outfitted. everything worked well. This was our second stay and we had somewhat cool weather which made the hot tub great. We went swimming and then warmed up in the hot tub. The BBQ was wonderful and the deck could have accommodated twice as many people. All and all a quite enjoyable stay.
