Amazing, renovated cottage on Minden's South Lake. This spacious waterfront cottage has spectacular views over South Lake with excellent fishing, swimming and two paddle boards for young and old. The shoreline has a sandy shallow entry, or deeper entry (5.5 feet) at the end of the dock. Utilize the level outdoor grass area to play lawn games such as bocce, washers, Kan Jam, croquet and cornhole, all available for you to enjoy on a private lot. Inside the cottage, take advantage of the full walk out basement with a second living room/ rec room with ping pong, air hockey and darts (bring your own darts to keep them out of the hands of children). The cottage is kid friendly with pack n play, high chair and two baby gates.
