Cozy cottage on the beautiful Washadamoek Lake, part of the St John River system. The water is only steps from the deck, enjoy the sun from the cable railed deck or the 75 feet of floating dock. Enjoy the convenience of loading and unloading your boat at our private ramp. The shore has a variety of small to medium rocks with some sand. Some of our previous renters have said that the fishing is good in the area. Enjoy sitting outside in inclement weather under the retractable awning on the spacious deck.
A hammock is included only steps from the water to enjoy on those breezy afternoons.
There is a bbq(propane included), firepit (firewood included) and a children's swing as well as life jackets, kayak and a canoe. There is cell phone reception and internet at the cottage. We've also got a selection of movies and books.
There are two bedrooms in cottage a double bed(nice mattress) and a single over double bunk in second bedroom. There is also a couch in the living room you can sleep on. We have a bunk house with power and lights that has a futon and set of bunk beds. The view is great from the deck, there are lots of trees but a clear view to a large portion of the lake. There is bedding and towels included for the main cottage but renters need to supply bedding for the bunk house.
