This beautiful cottage is super spacious, perfect for a multi family rental! With a full kitchen and bathroom upstairs a beautiful on suite and a king size bed to make sure you feel like you are on vacation! The main living area upstairs is fully open concept and has panoramic views of the stunning Lake Huron sunsets! Vaulted ceilings and skylights offer an open airy feel to the main part of the cottage. Two bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs, with another large living area and small kitchenette. Now featuring a games room which offers a pool table plus a ping pong table, great for rainy day play! | This was the most amazing rental! The cottage was clean, spacious and modern with the most incredible view. The wrap around deck offers lots of outdoor space and the beach was sandy and the water shallow. The loved the tv nook and the bunk beds. We can't wait to come back!

| We returned to this cottage after having previously enjoyed our time there. It has been recently renovated and has been beautifully done. The three washrooms are well appointed as is the kitchen. There are two dishwashers which was a great idea as well as a wine/beverage fridge which leaves room in the upstairs fridge for food. (There's also a downstairs fridge which comes in handy). There are two sets of stackable washers and dryers as well. The mattresses are very comfortable which is a real plus. There are many spaces both indoors and outside to sit and enjoy others or slip away to read a book or get some quiet time. The cottage is very spacious generally and was perfect on arrival. Katie and Jane are always responsive and really make an effort to meet any needs that may arise. The location of the cottage is also a plus. Kincardine is a quaint lakeside town and convenient for a quick run into Sobeys, Canadian Tire or Shoppers. There are also some nice restaurants and shops as well. There is a neighborhood park a short 7 minute walk away tennis courts, a basketball pad and playground equipment. We always say that the sun always shines in Kincardine. If it's not out by 11:00 ( which it usually is), it is definitely out by 4:00. Mosquitos are not a problem at the beach either. The reason you want to vacation here though is the incredible, extraordinary sunsets. A must way to end the day. We can't wait to return in 2026. Thanks to Katie and Jane for all that you do for us!

| We had been looking for a large, conveniently located, pet friendly cottage with waterfront for our 2019 family vacation. The Lurgan beach cottage from Sunset properties ticked all the boxes. We were impressed with the size and all the features of this cottage. There was plenty of room to accommodate us, our children, and grandchildren. From the large open living area, wrap around deck, pet & child friendly fenced backyard, well equipped kitchen, internet, to the sandy waterfront - we took advantage and enjoyed it all. It had a true cottage feel. We were very comfortable and relaxed there - a great place to create family memories!
Jane & Katie were responsive and helpful in any communications. Lake Huron water levels were high so the beach area was smaller than expected. Despite that, everyone enjoyed playing in the water and waves and there were other nice beaches close by. The beautiful weather and awesome sunsets made the stay that much more enjoyable. We enjoyed the cottage so much that we have booked our 2020 family vacation there.

| Our family had the best time at this cottage - great layout for all the adults and kids, with plenty of space to be together and for alone time (6 adults and 4 kids). The fenced yard for our dogs was a major plus, and the proximity to one of the nicest beaches we've been at was amazing. We have already decided to book this cottage again next year!!
