With prime sunny, southern exposure on a private, forested 1-acre property, this great location is just 5 minutes from historic Fenelon Falls, known as the "Jewel Of The Kawarthas". It provides a nice mix of classic ambiance with modern touches. The interior of the main floor is solid cedar with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The main floor living room features a 54" big screen TV with cable & Netflix, and a 9' picture window overlooking the water. The lower level features a master bedroom, 2 Pc bath, and walk out and this, together with the 3 comfortable bedrooms on the main floor, makes for ample accommodation for eight people. The cottage has central heating and air conditioning.
Standing in the delightful living room, it's a pleasure to feel the breeze off the lake and enjoy the stunning views. The walkout from the living/dining room brings you to the 400 sq ft flagstone terrace with patio seating for 6; outdoor fireplace; barbeque & lounging area. A private deck to one side features a 6-person hot tub. | We enjoyed a relaxing week long winter vacation at the cottage. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities needed for our stay. Having a hot tub and being pet friendly were the keys to us renting this cottage. Very private and a great view of the lake from the living room window with plenty of wildlife to see in the yard. Great communication with Anisa throughout the booking process and during our stay as well.

| We had a great stay at the Farview cottage. The cottage was clean and well equipped for cooking, and there were plenty of great restaurants in town. Having 2 bathrooms was also a huge plus for staying with family.
The October weather during our stay was fairly cold, but we took great advantage of the hot tub as well as the beautiful view from the large window overlooking the lake.
Would definitely stay again!

| We really enjoyed our time at this cottage.
It was well equipped for a cottage and pretty clean & had a really nice view with lake access.
We were a party of 4 with a small dog (Age 24-75) so we had different needs based on age. This cottage accommodated this range nicely.
We had a problem with the coffee maker which was addressed in a timely fashion so it shows attention by the owner.
If the opportunity was available I would consider renting this cottage again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

| If you are thinking of renting this place don't hesitate! We had a fantastic time!! We had 4 adults, three children and 3 dogs. There was lots of room for everyone. There was pretty much everything you needed at the cottage and if not town was 5 minutes away. We went for the fishing and it didn't disappoint! The dock was fantastic for our boat and the two older boys could swim off the end and play with the paddle boat provided. Lots of wildlife to see right from the dock and cute ducks in the yard. We would definitely go again in the future!

| We spent a week at this amazing cottage. For a family of 5 with three teenagers there was plenty of space. The cottage was really clean, and provided plenty of privacy from the neighbors. The views of the lake from both the living room and the kitchen were spectacular. Lots of interesting wildlife to enjoy from ducks to muskrats to herons, right off the dock. We rented a boat and kept it at our dock all week. A short drive to town provides all you need. The cottage had all the necessities for the week. Highly recommended!!
