Ocean front house located on a large extremely private 3 acre lot with farm land located on the left side of the lot and across the road so extremely private.Large deck runs the entire length of the house over looking the ocean.House is approx. 2300 square ft. open concept with large windows in every room and 5 patio doors facing the water to appreciate the beautiful views from all angles. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom.Kitchen has kitchen nook plus bar stools.Large dining room sits 7 people.Two large living rooms and a tv room. Extremely private and peaceful with the lawn running right down to the ocean.Enjoy the wide open ocean view, breath taking sunsets and beautiful wide open space in every direction you look.Have a bon fire in the fire pit on the lawn and listen to the waves coming in or sit on the deck and watch the lobster boats going out. Watch the most spectacular sunsets going down over the water The gulf shore picnic park and beach is the best for swimming and is less than a 5 minute drive where you can walk on the beach as far as you can see.If you like to explore the beach for star fish,sea glass and sand dollars then walk the beach directly in front of the house when the tide is low.It has rocks next to the shore and seaweed so not suitable for toddlers at the beach in front of the house but great at the picnic park beach just down the road for little ones.Many different beaches to choose from here.If you enjoy fishing then in August there is no end to the Mackerel in the ocean in front of the house. Go to the Pugwash wharf with your fishing pole and easy access to fish. The village of Pugwash is located only 1 mile away, Northumberland Links 18 hole golf course is only a 5 minute drive and the Fox Harbour Resort and Spa only 10 minutes.Centrally located for many day trips to Nova Scotia, P.E.I and New Brunswick.This is an extremly peaceful,private property located on Pugwash Point Road.5% discount for seniors.

Maximum of 4 guests including children before extra charges occur.Additional guests charged $20 per night per person.Discount for seniors.Maximum occupancy is 7.No cancellations after April 1/25 unless we can rebook .Rental runs from Saturday to Saturday each week.Check in 4pm.Check out 10am.50% deposit due at time of booking and
remaining 50% due upon arrival or sooner. Off season rate of
$1800.00 applies from Mid September to mid June.

Ocean Paradise is appropriately named. This was our second stay at Sue and Steve's home. Everyone in our party agreed that from the moment we arrived we felt peace and stress-free. We also visited Basic Spirits and Seagull pewter. It is quiet, peaceful and that back deck is the place to be. Also Jost winery is a must visit. Thank you so much Sue and Steve.

Ocean Paradise is just that - a paradise wrapped up into a perfect vacation home that provides you with all the senses that are needed to give you complete relaxation, tranquility and peacefulness.

The home is just beautiful as are the grounds that surround it. We were two couples and there was more than ample space for each of us to have our own privacy. The only noise you will hear are the seagulls or the sound of the ocean.

Sue has made sure that her home is equipped with all the essentials to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

It is just a short drive into Pugwash to pick up other things you may need during your stay there. I highly recommend Sheryl's bakery if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth. Also not to be missed is Chase's to get your succulent lobsters.

If you are looking for the perfect vacation, then this is the place to be. Stunning sunsets and starlit skies! What more could a person want!

Sue is a wonderful host. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly want for even an extended stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there was ample supplies to keep it that way. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best places I could of ask for. This was my brother in laws first trip to nova Scotia and he loved the ocean. The house was beautiful and the scenery was breath taking. I would recommend this to any family that need a break from life. Sue is the best and had all our plans played out on the table in a book for help to find places and things to do. Like I said best place ever thanks again sue your great.

This home exceeded our expectations!!! Our mouths dropped when we walked in! It was open and inviting. It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals daily. The view from the house alone was breath taking, but sitting on the deck outside and down by the water was amazing. Sue was easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. The home lacked nothing. We had a child 9 years of age and an aunt 80 years of age and everyone in between... and everyone enjoyed this home. The downstairs mini apartment as we called it was perfect for the grandparent and extra guest. It was exceptionally clean and perfectly laid out. All amenities worked perfectly. We fell in love with this home and the town of pugwash. We will be back next year without a doubt! Excellent experience and memories made here!
