Surrounded by trees, beach access steps across the street. Lovely sandy beach. Only a few minutes drive from many golf courses. Close to shopping in Bayfield, GrandBend and Goderich. Boutiques, Antiques and great restauraunts to meet everyones tastes. The most beautiful sunsets in the world.
Private, well maintained cottage. WILL RENT ONLY TO FAMILIES AND MATURE ADULTS.

Dishes, pots and pans and utensils provided.

BED LINENS AND TOWELS ARE ONLY PROVIDED UPON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Waterfront: 2 minute walk to beach
Heating: wood burning stove, electric heaters
Guests allowed: Yes. For the day only.
Smoking: No, outside only.

Equipment:

Fridge, stove, microwave, shower, TV with DVD and barbecue.
No tents.
Fires on beach allowed and small fire pit included. There may also be local bans on fires.

Our time at your cottage has been filled with fun and family being together.
We have been here almost a month.
We have had many cottages throughout the years with this one being exceptional!
We all found this cottage very cozy ,clean and well equipped.
We would very much love to return next year.
Thank you so very much for countless memories and good times.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susans cottage.Very clean and well kept. Very nice, quiet area. Relaxing. Friendly neighborhood. Beautiful lot. Steps down to beach right across road. Excellent communication.

We had a wonderful vacation using this cottage as a well located base . The cottage is cozy and clean.
Lake access is close and manageable for able bodied people...66 stairs,with a bench part way down. The beach was very private during our stay.
Can hop over to Bayfield ,Goderich or Grand Bend for easier beach access or accessible sunset views .
The only downside, in these global warming times, is that this cottage doesn't have air conditioning. Thankfully ,we were ok without it most of the week.

We had such an amazing time at Greg and Susan's cottage. She made sure we had everything needed and was available if we were missing anything. Plenty of room and beautiful property... its very comfortable and super cozy. We can't wait to go back next year

My wife and I had a very restful two weeks at the cottage and have already planned to come back next year. Susan and Greg are great hosts and ensured most of the necessities were already there. For the missing ones, there are many places close by to pick anything you may have forgotten. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice peaceful vacation great place to pick up a book and finish it! The lake is literally across the street and down the stairs. As for food, we brought frozen meat (Steaks, chicken, ribs) but I should have just gone to Zehr's Country Market they have very fresh food there. You can also book a charter to go fishing on the lake we use Blue Line Fishing Charters Fred was great. We had fish tacos that very night! Next year I'll have room for the golf clubs the nearby courses looked pristine and very well manicured. Thank you again Susan and Greg for a relaxing and memorable vacation stay at your Cottage.
