Wow, wow, wow been to many different cottages or B&B and this was by far the best place we have stayed. There was 10 of us (family) and we had so much fun. The items provided to the book on how to operate things. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors or just sit in and be amazed at the construction of this place.
Thanks again and hope to be able to rent again. Ed & all the family.

My husband and I enjoyed a perfect week at your beautiful log home ! The quality and cleanliness of the amenities were impeccable . We were looking for quiet time , and that's what we got. Enjoyed peaceful nature walks, pedal boating and fishing , bbq's , fires indoor and outdoor, tv for those rainy times . There are lots of decks to enjoy the different views and the sun depending on the time of day .
We are looking forward to renting again next year.

Our Toronto and Ottawa-based family spent a wonderful week at this beautifully constructed log cabin cottage. Its spacious five-bedroom layout, with the luxury of a bathroom on each floor, was perfect for our party of nine. The well-appointed kitchen was equipped with every convenience and so easy to prepare meals in. We spent our days swimming and boating - even paddling the short distance to Seeley's Bay for some extra groceries. In the evenings we gathered round the fire pit or in the basement games room, or if we were just too tired after an energetic day, watched movies on the large screen television upstairs. It truly was a peaceful paradise!

My husbands family from England had come to Canada for a visit and we rented this cottage in hopes of providing an authentic Canadian experience. The cottage did not disappoint! My whole family was ecstatic at the site of it, I think it met all of their expectations of a log cabin in Canada and then some.

The beautifully decorated interior added gorgeous hints of canadiana. The wildlife put on a show as we enjoyed the presence of owls, dear, beaver, eagles, snakes and frogs. We had evenings spent around the fire pit and afternoons out on the water. This has been the best family holiday we've ever had.

The Stafford Bay cottage is a lovely well equipped cottage, and it is like visiting a friends home, rather than being in a hotel. The owners have done so much to make our stay as comfortable and care free as possible. We appreciated having not only the kayaks, canoe and paddle boats available for our use, but also life jackets in good condition. We would recommend Stafford Bay cottage to anyone wanting a vacation in a very peaceful location.
