NOTES
The Beach House is available year round. It is foam insulated with central heat and large fireplace for cold weather rentals.
-Generally, there is a minimum 3 nightstay at the discretion of the owner.
-Rate generally is 250-300 per day depending on time/date/#people/length of stay/Pet Inquire.
-13% tax on Rental, Deposit $300 Cleaning/Damage *This is a refundable deposit returned after your departure and confirmation that the home and property were returned in the same condition and cleanliness as when you arrived.
